Great gym, it's much bigger on the inside. Love the 24hr access and the classes that come with the reasonably priced membership.

Multiple machines have been out of order for several months and the TV's on the cardio machines provide me of nearly identical static to when I was a kid trying to watch the Playboy channel on basic cable. They offer complimentary bottles of water and sanitizer which is nice but ultimately I want the equipment to work more than simple amenities, especially considering how expensive the memberships are. If there were other 24 hour gyms in Rockledge as near to me I'd become a member ASAP, the only reason I'm still with them is the proximity and the hours.

I was just telling my BF that he needs to join this gym with myself and my son. I’ve worked at many gyms in my younger years and I know an exceptional gym when I see one.***I let my membership expire when my insurance changed earlier this year but I will be purchasing a membership even though my new insurance has gyms on its plans.Clean, friendly, low key members and professional staff, equipment well maintained, and the owner G, Is incredible. Makes everyone feel welcomed. Rejoining this weekend.

I’ve worked and also been a client at this gym since August 2018. I can easily describe this gym in one word: FAMILY! I say that on a 100% genuine experience and not just simply as an employee. The clientele are like family and are always willing to help and give advice to anyone. The gym is 24 hour access (for 18 and older) and close to my home which was why I joined before becoming an employee. I’ve met some of the best people at this facility, (which this facility) has everything I need to push my body towards my goals. I will wholeheartedly tell you that G is by far one of the best in the business, unquestionably! He will always go out of his way to work with his clients and employees because he understands sympathy and empathy. He can and will help you put forth your best efforts to reach your goals. Also, this facility provides physical therapy, to help improve quality of life and not merely just pain management techniques. If you want to join a gym that’ll help you strive for your goals and treat you like a part of the family, this gym is where you NEED to be at! Lastly, I will staunchly stand by this review not as just an employee, or client, but more so as a member of this family!

Really nice gym with a friendly environment. It seems small from outside, but the size it's just right! Nice equipment, organized in a way that makes sense. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff and the Owner is great. Gee has a such positive attitude and he is always pushing us to do our best. It's a great place for all ages. BTW, I love to see the seniors training and improving everyday. Highly recommend this place!
