Well maintained gym. Even though it isn't a large gym, the arrangement gives it a spacious feel. Friendly staff!Great place to workout.

After relocating to Florida, my husband & I were looking for a gym with just the right combination of atmosphere, layout, equipment, and knowledgeable, friendly staff while close to Viera. Very happy we found it here:) HIGHLY recommend!

This is not a huge gym, but the staff (Gee, especially) is fantastic. The equipment is clean and well maintained. There are always cardio machines open and as a bodybuilder: you've got *almost* everything you would want to complete your workout plan. Anyway, awesome place to call your gym and feel part of a gym family.
