Hidden yearly charge($67.97), won’t cancel in first 60 days or refund after canceling.Update: After being told over the phone that the membership was canceled my card was charged($27.98) a month later $10 more than the monthly rate I had first signed up for($17.98). Me and my wife then went into the location filled out a ‘request to cancel’ and were told we’d be refunded that charge.Another month later no refund yet and we were just charged again($37.98), $10 more than the last charge.Update: Have yet to be refunded for any of the charges.

Horrible manage of membership. I canceled back on march with Steve Fleming, the gym back then and he literally told me my membership was canceled. And month after month ever since I’ve been charged. I even talked to the social media staff and they told me it will be canceled and I’ll be refunded for the months they charged me. Well, here I am. No money back. I also went to this club to talk to the manager and the assistant manager talked to me and she said only her gm could make refunds. This was last week. Nothing yet. Not even a call to make sure I got my money back, or to inform me about the status of the cancellation. I want my membership cancelled and my refund for the months after march. I don’t go to that gym ever since.

WARNING - IT IS DANGEROUS TO PARK HERE. I'm in the neighborhood and was eager to get a membership because of the convenient location, but I am not giving this gym my money until something is done about the ridiculous amount of break-ins.

MY VAN GOT BROKEN INTO!!!!!I was at the gym between 11a-2p on Tuesday, 5/23/23. The perpetrators stole my bag. Thankfully my window wasn't broken. Idk how they managed to unlock my van door. I came to the manager at Crunch with my concern but she seemed unphazed and didn't offer any sort of help or support. "You can file a police report but that's on you." Were her words. I walked next door to Fresh Market to see if they had any cctv footage that could be reviewed but where my vehicle was located, they didn't have any cameras there unfortunately. At least I got a lot more sympathy from them.Posting a 1 star to alert other crunch members not to go to this location unless they absolutely have to. The gym was clean but the employees are clearly not adequately trained (one girl didn't know how to look up members by phone number.) Please don't go to this shopping plaza if you're a traveler like me and if you do, bring your valuable belongings with you.To Crunch Fitness, please consider getting 24hr security for the parking lot as this seems to be a frequent problem for y'all and Fresh Market.

Really 0 out of 5 stars. I have called over 5 times to get our 3 memberships frozen and to have them refund a duplicate annual membership (3 X $49.99). I finally got to McKenna (sp) after being told several times that only a manager can handle these transactions. Not once did I get a call back! McKenna still hasn't processed the refunds she found and confirmed she would take care of. It has been longer than the quoted 5-7 days. A Manager In Training also just told me that to freeze an account, I must do so in person. I informed him that this was the first time in the 5 calls that anyone said I needed to show up in person. Again, McKenna said that was going to be taken care of after our last phone call. Not a good staff or customer experience.

They mess you over when you do a “free month” literally took 80 dollars fromMe because they lied and said I could cancel after the free month then changed it and said I couldn’t cancel until after 3 months . That’s how they get you! They absolutely would not work with me when trying to get a refund . They mess over people by promising them a free month but then not canceling your membership until after 3 months which they charge you for the second two I months. I’ll never get a membership here again. Facility is lousy .. they don’t even have much and the way they do things is janky. For example, to cancel my membership I had to sign a sheet of paper and actually come up to the facility twice because they didn’t do it the first time then stated to me that we so called have to “wait til whenever the manager decides he wants to cancel”.

For a big box gym, Crunch on White Station is really great! They’ve got a welcoming staff and an abundance of equipment. It tends to get very busy around 6pm so be aware.

Went to cancel my membership in early April, was told by the children at the front desk to put my name on a list to only be charged again at the end of the month. Talked with the general manager Caitlin Wolfe and she told me I would be charged yet again and charged for an annual fee at the end of May. This place is a joke of a gym and dealing with the staff is beyond ridiculous. I would highly recommend going to ATC or any other gym in Memphis. Terrible customer service from a corporate run gym. Not surprising

Crunch White Station has been truly an awesome gym for me to continue my fitness journey. The group fitness classes are truly awesome! Malik teaches such awesome cycle classes and is truly an amazing human. He brings the hype every class and pushes you to go to the next level plus his vibes are just bomb. Monique teaches some bomb group fitness classes too! Her energy is electric and makes you smile no matter how bad your day is or how tired you are. Their personal training sessions are an added bonus too as well to sign up for if you want 1:1 training! I’ve been training with Brandon for the last 2 months and have had a great time learning different techniques to improve to skills on weight training and building my strength as well. If you want to find a good solid gym community Crunch White Station is where it’s at. 💪🏻
