Crunch Fitness - White Station

Great equipment! Music is better than the night clubs. They play lots of EDM over the loud speakers and it really gets me going. Exceptional atmosphere! I love all of that!But these break ins that are happening nightly are outrageous! They need some type of security or MPD/SCSO in the parking lot nightly. So many windows are shattered when we walk out! Something has to change or they are going to go down very fast. I know they want it to be kept a secret but the public needs to know about this. I'm sorry that I am putting it out there but someone has to inform people.

My boyfriend and I came here tonight. Kayla immediately greeted us and helped get us signed up! She was very nice and patient. Darrion helped recommend what I should do my first time tanning. There was another girl that helped us but I didn’t quite catch her name. Overall we had a great experience here on our first night 🤍 everybody was very nice and helpful. It’s very clean inside and I love all the music! Very nice options for equipment and we LOVED the hydro massage chairs! Thanks for giving us such a great first experience here ! You guys rock 🥰

I actually like the gym, I bring my mum so she could get her self some exercises in. The employees there are super nice, and they probably know our faces by now. I currently have no problem, but the shower I wished they had something to place our shampoos and things. My mum loves the sauna, but I wished they also had a steam room. Overall we like it! Keep up the great work ya'll!

I love this gym. There are plenty of machines for total body workouts and more. Plus ample amount if room to do your own stretching and training. The sauna is amazing. I do wish there was somewhere to hold toiletries in the showers. Other than that i truly love this place.The workers greet you with a smile.Sieanna was amazing and very thorough, helping me sign up for my free 1 hr PT and 360 body scan.This will be my home gym.

Really nice and spacious gym but it’s in Memphis so naturally staff have attitudes. My problem is the inconsistent opening and closing times. Went on a Friday night and they randomly closed an hour early. And no one knows the kids crunch hours so don’t expect this to be a perk if you have kids. The place is clean a looks good. Lots of machines. It would be helpful if the website reflected actual hours instead of their ideal hours. It’s worth noting that almost every 5-star review on here is before the gym even opened for business.

Cool gym. Employees are never able to answer questions. When you get a job ask questions so you will be knowledgeable. Child care is limited. Not enough treadmills, bikes etc. majority of the gym is weights. When asked about class schedules no one can tell me the times. I’m going back to Esporta unfortunately. Sauna is extremely small and warm

I’ve been to every gym in Memphis at this point, and Crunch is easily my favorite hands down. Staff is extremely friendly and personable! The equipment is next level. There’s rarely any times during the day that you feel overcrowded, which makes getting your workout in super easy.

I decided to do a 7day trial pass to see if this gym is a place that I would enjoy. When I initially walked in, it was a bit intimidating with it being so open and so many machines everywhere (what else do you expect from a gym? LOL). The staff genuinely greets you and are quick to help! I only had an issue with the way one staff member seemed dismissive and irritable when it came to helping me. I know not to work with her. As a whole, everyone has been incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and inviting! The gym is clean and very well kept! While it’s new and there are some small things to sort out, I am looking forward to making this a home gym!!Y’all keep it up!!

Hayden gave me the tour today. Well informed and will be teaching some of the classes even! Excited for this new gym experience. Super excited for the sauna!!!

Looking forward to this gym opening up. We loved the discussion about the overall experience and all the options available to us. Caitlin was great and walked us through everything! We are excited!
