Crunch Fitness - White Station

I really enjoyed the gym - however, I had to cancel my membership due to childcare. I have 4 children, and had no issues dropping them off at the child care area for the first few weeks. Took a break and when I went back I was told by one of the newer ladies at the kids center said that the maximum number of kids allowed per member was 3. I explained that I had been taking my 4 kids previously with no issues and she responded saying this policy was in the contract I signed. I reviewed the contract and found nothing regarding the number of children I could take. If this was true, whoever signed me up should’ve explained this and I would’ve never signed up for this gym.

I love working out here. The instructors are among the best and the staff are super nice. The equipment is clean and ready for use at all times. I love how when u give them feedback on something that needs to be improved that they get on it immediately. Just go ahead and get your membership already. I do wish the sauna was bigger though or there was a pool. Otherwise I love it here.

By far the best gym I've been to in a long time.

Great gym for traveling people. $20 bucks gets you a week membership. Equipment is good, clean, and a large gym. Have everything you need for a good workout, whether bodybuilding, power lifting or a HIIT session, this is a good place.

The gym is nice, but cars get broken into within 5 minutes of being there and I always see smashed glass from car windows in the parking lot. Also, they advertise being open 24 hours, but this Saturday morning I got there and they were closed with a ton of people in the parking lot waiting to get in before 8am. Their hours weren't updated on the Google page or their main page, so make sure you do a trial here before actually signing up because I'm starting to regret it.

Started out perfectly fine. Many are drawn to this gym for the great amenities. However, those amenities have been broken for the larger part of a full month now. The sauna, a water fountain, and a leg extension machine have all been broken for weeks. In addition to the broken equipment, the men's restroom/locker room is routinely dirty with toilet paper everywhere and no soap in the dispensers. Despite consistent complaints by members, ownership/management has not acted. I've seen others complain on the review platforms and ownership has responded with gratitude for the comments, yet no action. I would warn all prospective members to check on the status of the amenities they are relying on when signing up for a membership. This isn't meant to be a rude complaint of the gym. This is meant to be an honest assessment of the current state of this commercial gym.

if you’re thinking of joining, I made you a pro/ con list.pro: lots of equipment and cardio machines. friendly staff for the most part.cons: most every paper towel dispenser around the gym is empty so equipment can’t be cleaned between sets. The bathrooms aren’t the cleanest. These pictures are the same stall, different days. they allow filming so you have a 75% chance of being in a Tik tok without consent. people set up tripods everywhere.

I had such a wonderful experience , very clean environment and the management was very helpful in answering all my questions.

Locker has been broken for months, sauna is broken, leg machine, now the water fountains. Seems like there is zero budget for repairs. Sad.

During busy 7pm we were still able to find machines and free weights. Polite staff, clean locker rooms.
