Canceling my membership today. Over the last couple of months I've been unhappy with the way this place is run. There is mold all over the place in the steam room, the sauna has not worked right for over 5 months, the pool and hot tube are dirty. I pay for a towel service and more than once they are "out of towels" when I need them. Sanitation wipes stations have been empty when I need one, and not just one station, every single one up stairs. DON'T KNOW WHAT I PAY THESE GUYS TO DO! Going to spend my money somewhere that cares about there members

Two starts instead of four because their hot tub is broke down so much. Without exaggerating if you go ten times the hot tub is out of order 4/10 of those times. It was the same with Idaho Athletic when they ran it, main reason why I left for another gym before. Also, it's not just this Crunch location. Eagle, Caldwell, Nampa, Boise do not seem to be able to keep their hot tubs running with reliability. I've been told new equipment has been put in which is great except it hasn't fixed the problem. Either these hot tubs are beyond Crunch's abilities to run and manage properly or they do not see it as important as many of us consider them to our health/enjoyment.But hey we got vibrating space chairs so that's good.

The free weight section is lacking and there are even dumb rules around the lifting platforms that don’t allow you to drop the weights which can be dangerous for your joints if you oly lift. The management is very rude and unresponsive to issues and complaints brought to them. As well much of the training staff is uniformed on fitness and many are very obviously on gear. I would like to like this gym because of the low price but they got a lot going against them.

Between the bikes and the treadmills there are always multiples broken at a time which is really frustrating when you want a machine and none are available. It is relatively clean, although I haven’t been on the bathrooms. Some of the staff are fantastic! Others are down right rude and dismissive. Older population work out here a lot which is nice, they are always friendly. The free weights/CrossFit area is hard to workout in as it is generally packed even in the middle of the day. The facility at maple grove is much nicer (although their staff is beyond rude) this location has a lot of work to improve on to match, the reason I have three stars is those select rockstar staff members.

This location needs some serious look into the management and all of its employees. There never seems to be anyone at the front desk to help. Whenever I want to tan, my wait has been as long as 20 minutes to get someone at the front desk to help. The first time I tanned after starting my membership, the cleaning instructions were never stated by an employee or posted in or around the room. I had no clue that I was supposed to clean and I made this comment to the front desk person after I was finished and he let someone into the dirty bed with a shrug that they would probably clean it before getting into it. The club itself is always dirty. People who don't even work there wander where they please and even mess around on the computer behind the desk. I know this because one of the times I had to wait the longest to tan, someone who "used to work there" who stated she had been fired tried to set the bed timer for me. When I finally decided to be done with this company, I went into the location to cancel my membership. The manager had no concern towards why I wanted to leave, he didn't even ask why I was wanting to cancel. He told me I should have no worries with canceling and that I should't be seeing any further drafts from my account from the time I canceled. But I still was drafted the next draft date and no employee has an answer to why this has happened. I'm fed up with this company and its lack of caring for its customers.

Check out the newly remodeled Meridian Crunch. It's nice and the staff has done a good job keeping it clean. This place has done a great job and a true 180 compared to their other locations. Good job Crunch Meridian and their entire staff.

I love the gym! My only complaint is the cleaning crew doesnt work weekends when they are needed most. I don't like seeing dirty bathrooms, over flowing garbage cans, and no sanitizer wipes to wipe down equipment.

This I would consider my OG gym. Not the nicest looking place especially since they painted it blue and orange, but it's what is on the inside that counts. The weight room is just about perfect, machine area and a great free weight section. Lots of room to do exercises, and never got too busy where I couldn't work through a plan.

I work at a place that I could work out, but Mitch took the time to show me around and convinced me a gym with more equipment would do me a lot of good. After going there a couple of months I decided to upgrade my membership. Preston was awesome. Really energetic and answered questions fully. The front desk guy (nate, I believe) always says hello and goodbye. Regarding the facilty, brand new equipment and locker rooms (completed 1/19). Definitely recommend

I am shopping for a gym. This gym is one of the closer ones to my house that have the amenities I am looking for. The equipment was good, but the gym itself could be cleaner. The equipment could use a good wipe down on the legs and bases to remove the dust, dirt and hair that have accumulated on it. I spoke to a regular who was helping me a bit with the cable machine. He said that there has been some improvement in the facility, but some of the equipment, like the cable machine, is worn out in places(cables) and some parts of it in need of repair. I like the location of this gym, but I maybe going somewhere else that is better taken care of.
