I had a membership here but won’t renew it because half the gym’s exercise machine’s are broken. I know of 4 treadmill’s that the incline doesn’t work on most of the striders foot pedals are cracked and have holes in them. Most of the machines with the rep counters the counters don’t work and a lot of the elliptical machines aren’t a smooth ride. The positive is they have an amazing staff, it’s kept clean and it’s a great location. I would definitely be a member if the equipment was upgraded.

Avoid this branch - deceitful membership practices. They advertised month-to-month membership with no strings attached. Came in February 2020 to cancel membership just to realize I signed 1 year membership instead that cannot be canceled. Membership still open after a year, even though I requested cancellation in person.

I have worked in credit and contracts for 28 years. I SPECIFICALLY told them I did not want auto-renewal! I SPECIFICALLY called before my membership expired to ensure that there would be NO auto-renewal. What happened? Another annual fee was charged along with the new, higher rate. Now, I am waiting for a refund. The lesson: WATCH YOUR BILLS- JUST BECAUSE YOU MADE YOURSELF 100% CLEAR DOES NOT MEAN THAT YOU WON'T BE CHARGED!!

Crunch time fitness is a great family gym for men, women of all ages. Very low pricing, and a lot of friendly faces. Everyone helps each other and strives for better lifestyles. The change from Axiam to here was night and day. I feel respected and not looked down upon like I did at axiam. Also the prices are 1/3 of axiam. I can’t stress enough how much better the cliental is and how it feels comfortable and good to be here. Would Highly recommend to everyone

This fitness club is filled with backhanded policies and hidden charges. They charged my account throughout the covid19 pandemic even after i requested a cancelation. They are dishonest and i recommend to look elsewhere.

Love it! The gym has been so clean and inviting! They've really gone all out in order to accommodate the current social climate in relation to COVID-19. From posted notices encouraging proper sanitation and health practices, shutting down particular pieces of equipment and amenities in order to prevent the unnecessary spread of potential pathogens, to the employees wearing masks and gloves. This particular Crunch location has definitely made various efforts to adapt to the circumstances surrounding this pandemic.

This specific location is great. Plenty of weights, reasonable pricing, and a diverse amount of workouts to do. Unfortunately some of their services are unavailable (sauna, for example) because of COVID-19, but that is expected.Nice staff, different subscription plans, and reasonable open times.

Even though I have told them several times to cancel my membership and have a lengthy email conversation with them, they refuse and keep trying to charge my credit card for an "annual fee" before they will let me cancel my membership, even though they were closed for nearly three months. My biggest complaint is that there was no communication about when they were open, when they closed, their reopening plans, and how they would keep people safe. Even when I told them I would not be returning because of at risk family and friends, they still refused to cancel my membership and continue to try to charge my card. So I'm reporting them for fraud to my card company, changing my card number, and will be sharing my experience both here, and publically elsewhere.Do not get a membership here. It's like the hotel California. It's easy to sign up and check in, but you can never leave.

No one showed up to open the gym on a Saturday.... very frustrating.. 15 cars just parked out side waiting for someone to show up to work.

My review is based over a one year period. I enrolled while they were running their promotion for a $0 enrollment fee. All seemed great during the sign up and I was told that since I enrolled towards the end of the year I wouldn't have to pay the yearly maintenance fee until next year which was a total score. That was until next week when my bank account went into the negative because I was charged the yearly fee. I went in for a workout and talked to the front desk and they gave me a number to call because the General Manager had stepped out. I called and left a message. A day goes bye, still no response. I call again and get the front desk they write down my information and said they would call back within an hour. They never did. This goes along three more times. I finally give up and take my loss. They have a great variety of machines and multiples so you never have to wait and stop your workout. The gym itself isn't as clean as I would like. The machines and weights were covered in dust and my last straw when I saw feces on the womans bathroom floor twice in a row in the same stall.. meaning they never cleaned the bathrooms.I talked to the front desk and canceled my month to month membership. All should have been good until I received a letter in the mail from a debt collector saying "crunch fitness" was sending my debt of over $200 to collections. They never canceled my membership like they should have and have been trying to charge me all this time, but I had a new debit card so I never knew. So much for "cancel anytime" ,I would not recommend this gym based off customer service or cleanliness. The only perk that gave them a star was the machine selection.
