Love this place! Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Its clean, sanitizing wipes are available to sanitize before and after use of equipment and I don't have to wear a mask during workout. (I wouldn't be able to do so) Thank you for all you do for us! 😃 …

Awesome gym! Great staff. Shane at the front desk is the most helpful, and hardworking gym staff member I’ve ever met. It’s people like him that make the experience here amazing.

Wasn't very clean to begin with, but you'd think things would have improved after closing for covid. There are barely any sanitation stations, most of the time they are empty of wipes, with a haphazard roll of unpreforated paper towels and some spray cleaner. The management needs to improve as well as the cleanliness for me to keep going to this gym.

Good gym overall. They definitely could have better machines for legs and back but I still prefer this place over any of the AxiomsIf the owner happens to see this please replace those blue machines! They’re pretty to look at but they’re not good

Stopped by Crunch for a look-see today.. greeted by 20-year old on his phone who couldn't be bothered to see who came in the door. Assisted by some other gnarly looking dude who seemed to be in shock that someone would bother to visit the joint. After a 20-min sample on the treadmill, I took a look around the rest of the workout area.. machines seemed to be 2nd to 3rd tier in general, and the free weights were in a different section entirely, only for the cool kids I suppose. Now the gym wasn't dark but it wasn't exactly bright and inviting either. Bottom line: I couldn't wait to leave and not come back.

The staff here is amazing! The new manager is very professional and when we ran into a small hiccup, Shane was VERY accommodating for us and helped out a ton. We love the kids club and being able to come work out. The hydro massage chairs are amazing for post work out too!

Facilities are decent, they allow thieves in, qnd the skinny woman with glasses working on 11/24 has no customer service training was extremely rude and definitely did not make it feel like all are welcome. I started with a trial for a week with the intention to pay for the monthly membership, however after dealing with that woman and having my belongings almost stolen I will not be.

We went to the gym this morning at 5am and the doors were locked. The doors, Google, and their answering machine says that they should be open. Many vehicles drove up, waited, and then finally left. I called both Boise locations and was told very frankly by both employees that “…it happens…” with first shift workers and there is nothing they can do, no one they can call. Eventually someone told me that the person opening the gym had lost their keys and that they were sitting in the parking lot in their car. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. We pay to be able to workout early. There should be some kind of backup if something like this happens, instead there are employees who cover for each other and are unhelpful. We’ll be asking for a refund for this month or we will cancel our memberships.

Terrible. All 5 treadmills I’ve tried this morning do not work. The last one stopped mid workout to tel me to check the motor system. Not to mention anytime I try to contact management they are conveniently busy and do not return calls. Waste of money. Go somewhere else. Pretty this is the last gym in the valley that requires a membership. For good reason obviously.

As a former member and employee, this place was once upon a time good.I watched it go down hill over the course of years. Management allows it to be disgusting. Leaks in the roof. Broken equipment. Drain rot. Mildew and mold. As an employee I was told it was being handled. Front desk employees are trying the best they can with limited resources. Management pushes sales over customer satisfaction.
