Be careful, I found out the hard way the other reviews were true. I bought something for $99, they never held up their end in that purchase. After countless phone calls & emails they stated they would make it right they still wouldn’t show up to appointments they scheduled, return calls, etc. I asked for a refund, they said yes, here were are 3 weeks after that still no refund. Just took my money and ran with it. Literally fraud.

The most deceiving business ever. I’ve been trying to cancel my membership for months and have been arguing with the manager over email. And still have yet to cancel. They even charged me two annual fees of $50!! And tell me they can’t refund it.When I signed up last year, I was informed that it would be a month-to-month membership, or i would’ve never signed up. By the way, I have two witnesses because we all wanted month-to-month memberships because we work out of town for half of the year. This business is crooked! This is disgusting behavior and by other peoples reviews, I can tell they do this often.

Great gym but the only con is one of their hydromassages is broken. I've informed them at least twice and they haven't fixed it. This poses a great risk because someone can get injured if it is too strong. The one on the left is like ten times stronger. The "1" pressure setting is that of a "10". I know because the one that actually works doesn't have such strong pressure on the "1" pressure setting as on the broken one. Tremendous difference in pressure. They either need to label it as for bigger built individuals or fix it to be the same as the other one. I really hope they get it fixed because that's dangerous to petite individuals like me and Crunch could face lawsuits from others who notice this.

It seems as if there is never a manager in any location. I've tried to cancel my membership for months now with no success. If you call over the phone they tell you to go into your home location if you go to that location there is never a manager available to cancel your membership. They keep charging my account with impunity. They only care about the monthly income they get from members. There's never enough free weights. Dumbbells are never organized or where they should be. Equipment is broken all the time. The locker rooms and toilets are disgusting. This is the worst chain I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. If you sign up and ever want to cancel enjoy the run around because you'll be stuck paying with what seems like no recourse for months on end.

Went in with my daughter's and the facility was disgusting. Machines needed to be wiped down, there was trash everywhere. The ladies room looked like it had not been cleaned in weeks and we wanted to use the pool but it also looked dingy and smelled of mold. I called to get reimbursed as I paid a whole year up front. The manager stated the contract and said he will not reimburse me for the months of service not rendered. Manager stated there is no one above him. Not only is this place an eye sore to Meridian. It's a disgusting joke and the staff is completely uneducated on policies as well as management has no customer service.

Nice staff! Has all of the equipment that I need to get a good workout (free weights, cardio & cable machines). That said they aren’t the newest so many are needing maintenance. It isn’t overly crowded in the morning when I workout. It would be nice if they fixed the AC in the free weight area (it hasn’t been working for months) now that we are in summer because it is 80+ degrees in that area while the cardio area is at a comfortable temperature. Still I recommend Crunch.

Trained here on and off for many, many years. Crunch has given it a much needed update since it was the athletic club. Decently equipped for strength or cross training. I don't use a ton of machines, but I wish there were a few more options for leg training.

Love crunch. Perfect gym because it's hot the pool and sauna while other gyms do not and cost the same amount if not more. Great staff. They have great products like pre/ post workout, protein shakes etc. Love getting the guest pass. Definitely will stick around!

UPDATE No. 2: I did receive a refund the COO of Harman Fitness was very helpful. I really appreciated his help.UPDATE: I was able to exchange messages with the COO of Harman Fitness (you have to love LinkedIn). He said he would ensure I received my refund. My original review was one star. But the COO made me feel like the way I was initially treated is not the norm, so I am raising my review to three stars.---I had a bad billing experience which soured my opinion of Crunch and Harman Fitness. We had a family member move out of state. When he did they suspended his account. He is not moving back, and they charged us. No reminder. Just a charge. When I told them this family member would not be coming back and asked for a refund. They refused. The manager, said I would have had to give notice and that an email exchange from six months ago was all the reminder I needed. The email exchange in question followed two attempts to cancel the membership. The first attempt was a in person visit, at which time we were told we could not cancel. The second was a phone call. Again, we were under contract and could not cancel. Finally, we acquiesced to an account suspension. And frankly forgot about it.Crunch followed the letter of its policy, and the manager was proud to tell me how important following policy was. But in this case no one is going to use the service, and they are just taking my $20 bucks to be strict. The email exchange and phone conversation with the manager ruined my day. In the end, the manager followed his company's policies, but it sure felt like I was being mistreated.I want the companies I do business with to be flexible, considerate, and compassionate.
