Everyone at the studio was very friendly and welcomed us as visitors from out of town. They were helpful getting us set up for classes ahead of time. Parker and Amanda were great coaches and knew everyone in class by name. Great workout, of course, too!

Great high-energy low-impact workout that keeps you motivated.Instructors are all great and will alter your workout if needed to accommodate for injuries and such. Workouts vary but are usually 1/3 treadmill, 1/3 rower, and 1/3 free weights. I burn about 800 calories per 1 hour session.

If you are looking for high intensity and great results this is the workout for you! I have been with Orangetheory for 3 1/2 months now and I am completely sold! The instructors are amazing and you never do the same workouts. The price is high however the results are amazing!!

This was my 2nd time in two years trying OTF and I love how it is upbeat, encouraging, hard, and fun! The Staff was very pleasant. Parker was my coach and he was very supportive and made sure that before I left I was happy and fully understood my scores/results. I Signed up for a membership and plan to continue my fitness needs with OTF.

The workout itself was exhausting and energizing all in one. The people who attend and run the facilities were amazing. I really felt good like the workout was healthy for my body and hands down the best group workout I've ever been apart of!
