Being in a group workout with a trainer pushes you harder than working out by yourself. Love that every workout is different. The trainers are awesome and motivating.

I love OrangeTheory and it will continue to grow but it is very crowded and I would like to see them open another facility to help accommodate the load. Their workouts are amazing and staff is friendly. I just wish there was more space like there is at the Parkcenter facility.

My girlfriend and I were ambassadors for Complete Nutrition and were invited to do a booth at this location. After their class got out one trainer made a comment that we didn't need to be there and asked "when are you leaving". We felt very unwelcome after this was a demo we were invited to do. It appears he supports a local competitor which is fine, but when it gets in the way of your work and making new comers to your location uncomfortable and asking them to leave for no apparent reason it is very poor business practice and has insured we will never recommend or use this facility again. Trainer you ruined our experience and showed very poor customer service skills. If you want to use Orange theory I'd try another location. After this review complete nutrition decised to revoke our ambassadorship. We have since found out that the manager of complete nutrition was told they could only bring 2 people not the 4 she invited. This was not orange theorys fault it was complete nutrition's manager and her negelence and inability to schedule a booth and follow directions properly. If you are looking for supplements I would go to one of their competitors complete nutrition is not the place it used to be.

I've been having a great time and enjoy the energetic environment. The workouts at Orangetheory have a lot of variety, so no two sessions are alike and you won't easily get bored or in a routine. I especially like how your workout effort is tracked and the data you generate from your workouts give you an idea on your progress. Best part is it's an hour of your time - that's a small price to pay to feel good about yourself and energized for the rest of the day.

I loved EVERYTHING! I loved how in depth they went into the idea behind their workouts and heart rate monitors prior to class so that I was able to really focus on trying to maintain my heart rate in the Orange zone. I was slightly intimidated by all the different workouts at first but then instructor made me feel so comfortable and was AMAZING always walking around the room motivating everyone. Before I knew it, the hour was over and I burned over 600 calories and had a blast! Can’t wait to go back!!
