I love the staff. They're energetic and friendly. The workouts are challenging with good directions from the coaches.

The instructors are great and motivating. The quick movements from different circuits make it fun and the music is fantastic.

I've noticed that gyms seem to charge your card for way more than what was agreed upon a few months after you start, with the hopes you won't check your card or are too lazy to call. Then when you do call they give you the run around to get the proper charges on your card. Axiom did this same thing to my wife last year. I bet they are getting away with this 50% of the time. Lame.Update: Wife went in when I made this post and they promised they would get it fixed after she filled out some paperwork. Just checked and three weeks later they still have not refunded us. Looks like we are going to have to call our credit card company to dispute the charges. Thanks a lot Orange Theory for running such a dishonest business.

Orange theory, has really help me come out of my comfort zone, and challenge my self. I've learned so much when it comes to knowing how exactly a good healthy work out should work and what to get out of it. After a short time there, I've went from having every reason not to go to looking forward to going and enjoying my self.

Orange Theory workouts push me to exercise outside of my comfort zone! I hate running and I hate rowing because they are hard, mentally and physically. But it's a good reminder to me that I CAN do hard things.

So much energy...had total knee about 2 years ago....finally getting the results I need and never had the same workout twice! The "team" at Orangetheory is fantastic and create a upbeat fun experience!!

Love it. Great atmosphere, knowledgeable, engaged trainers, smaller classes allow more one-one direction as needed. It’s a fun place to challenge yourself while still feeling like part of a team.

Horrible customer service, good luck trying to cancel!! I am physically unable to work out there after my first workout resulted in horrible pain resulting in a messed up neck and multiple trips to the chiropractor. Please keep in mind this is so out of character for me to write a negative review and reading this I hate it. I'm mocking myself- oh your neck hurt, really? No. Really. I had to get X-rays it was so bad. To be clear, this is not my complaint! So, I thought I'd pause my membership to see if the pain got better and then to top things off I caught the flu and then strept and then I was traveling...long story short working out was not an option for me until I could get healthy and get my neck right. They were great about pausing my membership and that was fine, I appreciated them working with me.After another month I was still sick and sore and I thought okay, I'm going to have to admit I can't do this and cancel this.Simple enough right ??I have never written a negative review about a business and this is my first I am so irate. You would think a simple email or call would suffice to cancel your membership in the year 2017.Nope. They want you to come in...really? Why? So you can try to sell me on how great this is when I've contacted you mutiple times to cancel???You can't cancel over the phone or via email? You want me to waste my time battling traffic on Eagle road? When would that be? On my lunch break which would be the only time I am free and the only time it is not an hour round trip? No.When I do have time for a lunch break I am still going to a chiropractor to fix my neck 6 months later. Cancel my **$!@*% membership OT and credit me back for the 6 months of service that I've been asking repetitively to cancel!!! What the hell kind of customer service is this??Seriously??!

Have self-motivation issues? Come to OTF and have a no-brained workout. I've never been one to stick with something for very long, but I've been coming to OTF consistently now for 7 months. I'm 47 and my body is toned and my heart is in tip-top condition!

The workouts are always different, it forces me to do things I wouldn't ordinarily do, the music is great, the coaches are encouraging (the right amount; not pushy, they are very kind and still motivating) and the staff is friendly and helpful!
