Not a bad place. Staff if very friendly. Gym is equipped with a lot of various equipment and free weights are available. Cinema with cardio equipment is interesting idea. Gym is very crowded and if you are advanced lifter maybe this place is not great for you.

Good location. Good equipment. Kind of crowded, but most members are responsibly courteous, which makes it less of a problem.

I would give zero stars if I could. Due to medical reasons I was unable to finish my personal training sessions (I was not told I was stuck in a contract for) and sent in my necessary medical paperwork to cancel my sessions I still was contracted for. Angel who is over personal training guaranteed me my sessions were canceled. A week later I was charged for more sessions. When I asked about this he again guaranteed me they were canceled and I wouldn’t be charged. Again I was charged for personal training sessions. I have been wrongfully charged over $500 and Angel will no longer answer my emails or schedule to see me to discuss this. I am being completely ignored and have been given no answers. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR PERSONAL TRAINING AT EOS!!

I would give zero stars but it wouldnt let me post if i didn’t give at least one. The only good thing about this gym is that it doesnt stink. They accumulate your “waived” late fee every month and charge you all at once later on…. Always crowded unless you go at midnight. I even went to a different location to hopefully find a parking spot n some equipment to use, no luck they’re all the same. There’s no free week trial. Thats a lie on their advertisement.

I want to thank Lupe for doing the right thing and issuing a 7 day pass for me to to try out the gym. There was some controversy at another location where I was told to come in for a pass and then they withdrew the offer because I did not want to be railroaded into an immediate commitment to join. I wasted several hours of my day and that location lost my business.

This gym is honestly just okay. The only reason I signed up is because I got a discount. This gym is absolutely flooded with people at all times unless you go incredibly late in the night. The parking lot is downright dangerous filled with aggressive drivers. There isn't enough equipment variety and front desk is unhelpful. Odd layout.

EOS is a decent gym, however, don't trust the associates that work there. I had a black membership for several months so I could use the guest pass feature, but once my guest stopped coming I decided to downgrade to the gray pass. I talked to two associates who assured me that they would downgrade my membership as we sat together at the computers. Three months later, I was still being billed the premium price for the higher membership (which doesn't actually give any benefits at this location other than a guest pass). The associates completely lied about helping me out and I had to solve my own problems months later and they billed me a downgrade fee of $49 (I'm not even sure if it worked this time). EOS is an okay gym but they'll take your money gladly with no regard to what you need.

There is always always allwaaaaaaaaays a broken toilet. Like legit all the time. The gym is almost always full.I wish the toilet issue was the only problem. The management os trash. They act nice but they walk the corporate line with zero mercy. No thought to the customer experience at all. They can open and account instantly. But closing an account takes 3-5 days. And they can’t even give you a confirmation. The manager told me she has too many customers to remember to email me my confirmation. That I should call them in 3-5 days. What a joke. The only good thing about the gym are the members.

Always clean! Friendly staff! The only issue is that it gets pretty packed, but that's because this is everyone's favorite EOS!
