The gym is great. Staff is great. But they try to sneak in a 60 dollar year round membership. And they are really bad with helping you cancel.. very unprofessional.

Do NOT go to this location. Especially do not try to use their personal training program. You will be tossed to trainer to trainer who do not care about you. They will leave your appointment early to move on to their next appointment. Then after 3 different trainers and their broken Evolt machine (a machine that can track progress of muscle mass fat mass etc) I tried to quit the program due to being extremely unsatisfied. I sent an email explaining that I want to quit. It took them THREE days to respond and all I got was a copy and paste explanation why I can’t. I guess I will wait another 3 days for a response. Also the park ing lot is covered in broken glass and people get their car broken into at night…

When you sign up with this gym you cannot cancel. They continue to take money out of your account for as long as they possibly can. I have had 3 people tell me they cancelled my membership, but they keep helping themselves to my bank account. The only option is to stop payment. There is no integrity here!

The kids club is the best!! I live closer to 2 other locations but I make the drive to this gym because of the great ladies at the kids club. My sons run into the play area without saying bye to me. Most of the time they don't want to leave. They are very personal and always communicate with me when there's a poopie diaper, my oldest's behavior needs to be address or other issues. The online reservation system is a pain in the butt and sometimes have glitches. But one simple call to them and the ladies helps me out with the reservations. My boys and I loves all the ladies in the kids club! They go the extra mile by painting, doing crafts, spending one on one time, sitting on the ground doing puzzles, reading books and talking with my boys and other kids. The camera in the kids club helps me feel at ease to see how much fun my boys are having.

You will not be able to use the childcare if you have a child under 2. They allow so few in at one time (way less then AZ law requires) and you have to set an alarm for midnight every night if you want to attempt to get a spot for your child. The reservation system is so stupid. Many of us are having to pay for babysitters to come to our home so we can go to the gym even though we pay for gym childcare.. other gyms in the area don’t require reservations. These things have been a problem for 2 years, and no one ever does anything about it no matter how many times we all bring it up. The workers in the childcare are amazing and the facility is by far the best but it is pretty much unusable if you have a baby under 2.

Good equipment, large facility, good location, far too few parking spaces, far too many members, dirty locker rooms, failure to enforce policies (no bags in workout area, rerack weights, return attachments and equipment to storage areas, no cameras in locker rooms, no locks left on lockers indefinitely), locker rooms are used as photo studios on a CONSTANT basis, disregard for maintenance (black mold in showers, large raised bubbles of surface coverings in workout areas for past year, worn rope attachments for cable pulls), lack of trap shrug machine, lack of employees walking workout areas to help keep things organized and remind members of etiquette and policies, lack of membership representatives explaining etiquette and policies to new members.

I love love love this gym! Every single employee is amazing. We are always greeted by the nicest front desk staff every time we come in. The kids club is the best!! Tiffany, Makayla, Alyssa, & Taylor in the kids club always go the extra mile & love the kids. (I wish I knew all their names in kids club because they are all AMAZING!!) The online reservation system can be tricky to get a spot but they are very accommodating. It’s very easy to call and get a hold of someone here.I love that there is a secluded grass area for me to do my own workout. I’ve never had disused with needing equipment. Lucky this is so close to our house.

My experience with this gym has been absolutely horrific. I joined in January and I signed up for a personal training program. They took advantage of me and signed me up for two personal training programs instead of just one so they were charging me double. When I asked about the extra charges, they would give very confusing answers and say that it was just a mistake and that they would refund me, but they didn't. I think that they just thought I wouldn't notice but being a broke teacher, I pay close attention to my funds. This happened multiple times and they ended up overcharging me $400. Wish I could say I was exaggerating. I had been patient and understanding but you get to a point where enough is enough. They finally told me that they signed me up for two personal training programs "by accident" and they tried to make it sound like it was a miscommunication on my part. I told them I wanted to cancel the personal training and they said that I would get my refund. You'd think that'd be the end of it but trust me, it gets worse. After all that I honestly just lost all trust with them. It felt shady and dishonest what they were doing and I want a gym where I can trust the staff so I told them that I wanted to cancel my whole gym membership. They were extremely pushy and tried to convince me to stay. I told them I didn't want to have to deal with this type of issue anymore and I'd rather just quit. They then proceeded to guilt trip me about it because I'm pregnant and I should work out for the sake of my baby. How low do you have to get to use my own baby against me?! I was disgusted. Finally after going back and forth, they said they would cancel my membership and I wouldn't get any more charges. A month later, there is a membership charge on my bank account. I don't even know why they still had my bank account information. I called them and it turned out they never canceled my membership like I asked. They said they would refund me and that they canceled my membership. Never got the refund. And I got another charge today. Bottom line, there are so many better gyms than this. I highly recommend going somewhere else because these people are dishonest, shady, manipulative, and quite incompetent. Don't trust them with your personal information because they will rob you.
