Angel is completely unprofessional, and acted immature when initially he told me and my boyfriend we would be training with him, but then told us we’d be with a new people all because we wanted to do sessions once a week instead of twice a week. He was not understanding our side of the situation at all, and frankly he acted like an immature child. Wouldn’t recommend dealing with his bipolar personality.

This place is a scam. I've called and emailed five people multiple times about cancelling and they continue to ignore me, but charge my cards. Don't waste your time or money here. I should have looked into the reviews before signing up because it's happened to other people.

The gym is nice. Great equipment and staff, but I don't suggest starting a personal training program with them if you have a non-standard work or life schedule. When I joined the personal training program in November 2022, I told them I'm only available on a certain day and time each week which they said they can accommodate. Since November, I've had 3 different trainers because they cannot find trainers to match my schedule request. The communications about the trainer changes and scheduled session are horrible. I've had sessions scheduled (outside the period I requested) without my confirmation. I know of one of the sessions is being charged as "no-show" even though I didn't agree to the session schedule change. I requested a cancellation of the personal training agreement in January, which I was told they will try to process, but I haven't received any feedback or response since they assigned me to my last trainer (which I was told this morning no longer works at the gym). My situation maybe unique, but be aware of the agreements you make with this gym.

The gym is always really clean and the staff is super friendly. I asked Kieran to help me with setting up my app as I was having trouble and he was a great help super friendly and very knowledgeable.

I just joined the gym, I paid for couple training lessons to learn the machines, Ben was my trainer, definitely recommend him, I had shoulder surgery and never attended a gym, he understood my needs, so professional, it does make it easy to go to the gym. thanks Ben. Definitely recommend this Gym.

Glad to share this with everyone, front desk is very friendly to everyone walking in or leaving the gym. Making sure everyone has a safe/good workout. However Donnie is always greeting me when I get there (night time) stays folding towels, walking around the building with the cleaning cart and putting weights back if not properly placed where needed to. He be doing doing paperwork when I leave and trying to catch up on things if needed to. It’s a friendly environment to be at. Also big props to the people who clean at night too. I see there is a guy and a woman always going around cleaning up after everyone making sure everything is set for the mornings! Thanks to everyone making sure this place stays up and running through the day/night!

I really enjoy this gym when its not packed. But lately it’s been so packed that I couldn’t even find a parking spot last week and it was already getting pretty late, around 10pm and I thought I would of missed the crowd. I was wrong, went home instantly. This gym has great equipment and I’ve never needed a trainer to get myself into shape here. But they some of the placements of these machines are so questionable. The most awkward machines are almost put in the middle of everyones line of vision. Anyways, the gym is overall way better than planet fitness but there should be a capacity level of members in my opinion. Cant get a full workout in a lot of the days. I’ll continue going anyways until I can find a more private gym.

Absolutely fantastic gym! I have a personal trainer here and it's been one of the best decisions ever! I signed up for 6 months and I'll definitely be extending that! Friendly, helpful, careful, clean! LET ME SAY THAT AGAIN, VERY CLEAN! Proud to be an EoS member!

We've been going to this location for about 8 months and we love it. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. Drew, Maria, Grant, Ani, Joey, Asher and so many others are so great and you always get a warm welcome at the door. Great facility and great people. I never thought I'd love going to the gym but we love it here.

This gym is very clean its has all the amenities! I been attending the cycling class and it been great! I recommend going early in the am or later at night since it gets very busy!
