Used be the all staff was so friendly and polite but recently especially front staff is cold and rude sometimes I'm attending over 4 y ears customer.

Great experienced instructors, some have experience with autistic children which is great if you need them. Start as early as you can with your kids! Once you have a class booked, thats what you are scheduled with till your kid moves on, so its a consistent schedule.

My granddaughter and her parents moved to a home that had a pool. She was only 3 and didn't know how to swim. I enrolled her at swimkids and at the very 1st lesson they taught her how to get out of a pool on her own. She understood. I was simply amazed as I watched. She went through about 18 months of once a week lessons and she was excited to go. She's 5 not and can swim on her own the full length of the pool at her home. I would highly recommend swimkids to anyone who finds themselves in the same situation as we were. She learned her lessons well and the staff was very attentive to her needs. Thank you.

Tried a class and was informed to sign up with another instructor, when asked if we can try the class with the new instructor, we were told no, one kid only gets 1 free trial.When we refuse to pay them all the fees and then find out the new instructor doesn't work again, they suggested we can try other times but it's not like parents don't work in our case. When asked if there can be an exception, was told "We wish you all the best with your kid's future swim. have a good day"
