Ok. I love taking my kid to this place to get her swimming lessons in. Great place and their teachers are wonderful with children. However, their staffing who work at the front are very rude. I don’t care how long you have worked there with your policies and procedures. If I tell you I have never had to pay that before without adding more money from deducting myself from the automatic payment. You don’t have to be so rude about it and tell me otherwise. For that I give two stars. Staff shouldn’t have to tell you rudely how they are right and you are wrong. I thought customers are suppose to come first. In this case they obviously don’t care as long they get what they want. After telling them my financial issue and it was like we don’t care it’s your problem. I think I’ll be pulling my kid out of there and seek somewhere else.

My son started swim lessons this summer and is absolutely loving it. He has progressed from becoming comfortable putting his face in the water to now floating on his back unassisted. The semiprivate lessons have been great opportunities to learn from, not just the instructors, but also the kids he’s with. The environment is comfortable for the kids and parents. Every last one of the staff members and instructors are welcoming and knowledgeable. The kids get recognized for graduating to the next level. What a great way to positively reinforce their hard work! I would definitely recommend SWIMkids USA. We hope to continue lessons here until my son is ready to compete. Thanks SWIMkids!

Swim kids USA is for sure the best swim place we have ever been too. All of the instructors are very knowledgeable about swim techniques and styles. They work well with the kids. I’ve seen my own kid progress quickly. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone and everyone!!

My girls have been in swim lessons at Swim Kids since they were 7 months old and they love it! They really enjoy their teachers . I really enjoy that they are consistent with learning the stroke ..if an arm movement isn't right, they correct it so she learns the right way . I feel the teachers have the perfect combination of compassion and correction . We have been at skim kids consistently for 6 years and we love it! Thank you for all you have done for my kiddos.

Apart from the miscommunication and nosy man who was disrupting the enroll process I think it was a great place but unfortunately there verbal agreement on the pricing and the special rates are not communicated among the staff. Being Arizona it is a ok place. I went to sign up my special needs son and we had a trial and we signed up for the class and and at the time of signing up there was older man who saw me with my military cap even without me asking if there is military discount and he was stating there is no discount for the girl ( instructor) who was trying to sign up my child. my wife had spoken over the phone and was told that there is a special price if we signed up on the same day. did not like first impression.

We started going to survival swim classes with our twins, they have loved all their teachers and have learned so much. Both are now great swimmers and love being in the water! We also attend gymnastics classes. They love it!

Amazing people. We do swim and gymnastics. They keep him learning new things as he ages/ progresses so he is never bored. The teachers are Soo great. Definitely meant for their job. My kid is very comfortable with them even in the never want to leave mamma stage. They are patient and happy. Couldn't be happier with my choice.
