Been a long time gym member, I love this location better than my home location. Much cleaner, smells so good, plays amazing music and the staff is so good with their communication and greetings! Vanessa, Tiffani, Michelle, tuanise, & Dominica I believe are my favorite staff here lol heck the whole staff are great

It's a bit late but I went to miami in November. I ormally go to planet fitness in Massachusetts and so of course needed to continue my routine. Unfortunately, I did not have a black card which I didn't know that although being a member I would have to purchase a daily pass for $20.Eitjerway, Vanessa was so superb and helpful. She was very accommodating and made our stay pleasant . Great customer service. Not to mention that the facility was clean and inviting. Thank you for the accommodation and the pleasant experience.

I'm a member of planet fitness the people are very friendly the place stay nice and clean and you don't have people looking at you like you don't belong I enjoy when I go to planet fitness in fact I'm going tomorrow

It's crazy how they have all the TVs on and the door is locked December 25th. The worker that's in there is not letting anyone in. No one ever picks up the phone.
