Clean gym, nice desk staff. But the gym “trainer”Jackie, is a whole different story. Signed up for a “class” but she was a no show. Ten minutes later she walks in the front door late and rude, rushing me thru the training telling me we didn’t have much time. She acted like she’s doing us all a favor by showing up to work. I got tired of her condescending attitude and quit the session early. Dear lord, where on earth did you find this trainer, PF? It is the responsibility of both the owner and manager to hire good, personable staff, but they missed the mark big time with this so called trainer.

Very Clean Planet Fitness. All cardio machines in working order. 2 story with weights and machines upstairs. Highly Recommended!!!!

Very nice atmosphere, usually clean amenities. Have seen a few leaks... also lot of staff and don't see them doing a whole lot

I am very unpleased to write a negative review regarding this gym. I have been coming to this location for over a year and I live about 20 minutes away but I manage to always go regardless of the distance. For the past few months, Jaqueline (personal trainer of this location) has been extremely rude and unprofessional towards me and other friends I have bought to this gym. She looks at you with a very bad face while you are completing exercises which is very intimidating and judgmental considering this is a “no judgement zone” from the own very staff. Today I have canceled my membership as she refused to share the gym machines with other members of the gym, ONLY for the people she’s trains even when they aren’t currently using it. I work as a night shift nurse at a hospital and after work I go to the gym before going home, she made the people she was training not let me or my gym partners use the machines and sit in the machines without using them because we refused to not leave and waited for them to finish. Making me take longer to get home to rest purposely because I didn’t back away from completing my workout. Besides this, she recorded me speaking with the manager about the situation, spoke to me with attitude, got in my face, called me ugly girl, and told the people she was training to confront me and intimidate me for informing the manager about the situation. While speaking to the manager several member of the club were also complaining about Jacqueline (personal trainer). The manager was very nice and understanding regarding the situation. However, Planet Fitness upper management should do something about this unprofessional employee Jacqueline as it’s affecting their current and future members.

I’ve been coming to this gym for a while now & the personal trainer has always made it super uncomfortable to be there with her bad faces. She took up all the leg machines & then argued with my friend & I because we were simply waiting to use them. Jaqueline (personal trainer) was extremely rude & unprofessional considering planet fitness’s “no judgement” policy. I had no choice but to cancel given this uncomfortable situation.

Not equipped for the number of people here. You have to get in line to use a machine that isn’t a treadmill. Note to management add more machines and take out half the treadmills. Not even a 1/4 are ever used

My favorite face to see at 5 in the morning is Rosa she is so nice and keeps this facility squeaky clean. Such a hard worker absolutely amazing. She makes me feel so welcome with her bright smile you guys have amazing staff keep up the great work!! 👏👏👏👏 …

Very laid back. Good atmosphere and very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Service with a smile!!!

Dayanna and Maria are always so welcoming and nice to me every time I come in. The gym is also always well maintained.

Love my PF blackcard membership and trying out all the different gyms within their vast network. This one was nice and clean as usual.
