I’m an Active & Fit Direct member working for Miami Dade County which gives me access to ALL Planet Fitnesses. BOTH Emily and Andres front counter staff at Planet Fitness at Westchester MIA 8524 were AWESOME GREAT very helpful and informative. Emily helped me I.e signed me up, barcode access, picture, and helped me get FULL Access to PF and I was VERY Happy…. GREAT LOCATION & STAFF highly recommend. I will definitely be returning. Maria gave me attitude and rudeness when I called. Insulted my name and accessed my private information with out my authorization.The application doesn’t work.I checked my membership tab and the contracts and the dates and all else is blank.The gym is way too bright and usually out of paper and cleaning supplies.Also lots of weird people in the fitting rooms that openly talk about being homeless and using it for the showers.

The gym itself is great, no complaints. First time using the gym. I had signed up for an orientation with personal trainer. Terrible. Everything was rushed like she was late for a flight… it felt like someone who was on a lunch break and I was interrupting with silly questions. You don’t start someone new with 4 sets of 15 reps. Had I been completely new to working out, I would have followed her direction and been in pain and unable to move for 3-4 days and would have stopped going and ultimately cancelled membership. I ended the session and continued on my own.

I've read several reviews about this gym being hot or having a lack of equipment and cleanliness.It is a small facility compared to other gyms, so you may have to wait on a machine or weights. As far as the temperature is concerned, it is a gym it may be hot. It didn't seem dirty however I visited three times within a week and not once did I see the staff wipe down anything.

It's a gym. Can't expect much cleanliness. I've witnessed the workers cleaning with a duster only. The machines are all sweaty and you can obviously see the lack of cleanliness that the location deserves. A deep cleaning at least monthly is a must! I've seen machines with the same dirty marks on them since I've been a customer.

Hello 👋 there !!!!!Today Thursday February 16 /2023I walked in this place at 8524 planet fitness twice first time I passed through the front desk and both attendants where distracted way in their cellphone screen that no one noticed my presence…First of all I’m about to be a new member at this time 9:08 amBut I changed my mind I just walked out this place without being noticedThen I came Back I took a little vid.Of what’s going on right there.You just watch this clip and let me know if you find unfair this one star review.I got in shock right there.Trying to get a membership…No thank you , i just changed my mindTo the manager or the owner…02/16/2023 at 9:08 amCheck your security CamarasAnd do something about it.It’s Very disappointed and disrespectful .

Love this gym! Alissa from the Doral location is so professional and super helpful. Especially being that I didn't have a lot of knowledge of the policies. She kindly explained it and provided me with a helpful tip. Thank you, Alissa!

I recently joined Planet Fitness and the team members have been very helpful ,I want to mentioned in special Luis Hernandez he is very attentive and had amazing customer service. Always have an smile for any of my questions. I really enjoy working out here.

Rosa is absolutely the most amazing person I’ve met while attending this gym. She super nice and kind and always trying her best to make the environment better. She is always working hard and making people smile
