Planet Fitness

I visit this club around 6:30am, it used to be clean but not sure what happened, for the past month the lockers are filthy, wet floors without signs, huge liability. Machines are dirty, yoga mats are disgusting, you got people conducting large personal fitness classes invading the few machines and free weights area. The front desk staff, couple of kids just staring at their phones, don’t even raise their heads to acknowledge or simple do their job. Sadly this club needs immediate attention.

I love this gym, always clean and neat. i love that people always put their dumbbells back where they belong and staff is super friendly and helpful, shout out to LJ ( bro in the picture ) always helping me since I started it. 💪 …

This gym is very nice, good clean equipment, friendly personnel in the front desk.

I recently joined Planet Fitness with my son who has the High School Pass for Summer (a great program, thanks, PF!). It has been a good experience, and I'm glad he convinced me to join him. There is a good layout to the gym, and equipment is on point. The members have been helpful when I needed. In addition, we've been greeted by Damian multiple times with a big welcoming smile and Hello as we enter. His customer service and friendliness are not common, and this is really appreciated!

The gym is nice, but the people at the front desk are on the cell phone and don't even say good morning when you enter. the service of these people is not good, they are terrible employees. also be careful with a trainer who is a grandmother and goes around taking pictures and videos of people, violating your privacy when you are training. if i see any pictures or videos of my workouts, i will sue her. i don't recommend this place, you have to make improvements with the employees because their service is terrible.

Excellent location. Easy to get to and park. It is especially clean recently… the new custodial cleaning lady that cleans the bathrooms, machines and common places does a very nice job. She’s super sweet. Thanks for all you do Rosa! My favorite location by far

I recently joined Planet Fitness and the team members have been very helpful whenever I needed something. Maria especially she always greets me with a big welcoming smile,she is very attentive, and goes above and beyond with her amazing customer service. She is very kind and patient. The gym is kept clean and well maintained. I really enjoy working out here.

The place is clean, and the color help make it feel welcoming.As with any low-paying job in a gym, some of the staff is welcoming and have a natural incline to customer service, while others seem to be there for a paycheck only.Overall the gym is clean, and the times I've been there it is not too crowded.The membership price is affordable, and the main reason I moved to the Black Card membership is to have access to the massage chairs, and water jet massage bed.If I didn't live so far from the gym it would keep the membership.If it had a sauna or steam room of give it 5 stars.

I was met with very friendly and eccentric staff which acted very professionally and were very helpful. Damian recommended me some very good alternatives for drinkable and edible protein and Jacky was amazingly helpful and friendly! I would definitely recommend PF to my friends for the wonderful ambience and sense of community!
