Well it is liberal Planet Fitness. Equipment is always well maintained, usually very clean- No scales, and no hurt feelings- Some of these cats are literally destroying their bodies but everyone stays to themself and it works. I love that all the cities I work have one... Thanks!

Nothing wrong with gym when I used it just be careful on membership. I signed what I thought was a one year membership well apparently they'll keep charging you and the only way to get out of the membership is to go into the gym in person to cancel. Not possible for an oilfield worker that lives 8 hrs away and no longer works in the area. Terrible policy so beware or you could end up like me having paid for 2 years worth of a membership that never gets used.

It's planet fitness... They've put a lot of effort into a recent remodel by nearly doubling the floor space, adding more Smith racks and room for free weights, an area for a calesthenic workout and a couple new True Stretch devices. The staff does a pretty good job of keeping things clean and stocked and they're pretty friendly. I've seen a lot of the same faces for a few months now, so most everyone knows what's going on if you need help.

First tanning experience at PF. March 22nd 2019. Tanning bed was not cleaned after previous use. That's gross! Floor was gross too. Hoping my next visit will be better. If not, I'm stopping my membership.

I visit many PF's thanks to my work travels. This particular 1 in Midland management must not visit it or care about this facility for over a year I have told them the men's restroom is missing a soap dispenser, I have seen roaches around the place, the trash is full. It appears it was recently remodeled but needs to be kept up with. Odessa, Hobbs San Angelo are all in the are same region and don't seem to have that problem. Pride in your facility people.

Let me say they're better than half a year ago and seem to have noticed the dust because there is serious cleaning going on when I come in. People really need to not sit on machines on their cellphones. Go sit in the lockerroom and handle that business. We're not impressed. Nice muscle shirt bud, muscles come in tomorrow?

I love this gym. They have a great combination of free weights, aerobic equipment and machines, and a great stretching area with new pads. When things break, they get fixed pretty quickly. The floor is rubberized, so you don't even really need the pads. The staff are friendly. You cannot beat the price of this gym, either! This gym is definitely geared towards the average guy and gal who want to stay fit or get back in shape; not for people who want to get super big and compete. There are barbells , weight stacks, and dumbbells, machines, treadmills, bikes and places to do body weight exercises and circuit training. There is a personal instructor if you need help with a program. If you want tanning, massage and other similar services, it's available, but there's an up charge and you get what's called "black card" membership.

This is a pretty good place...being 66, I'm going to continue to keep myself in the best shape I can for as long as I can. Staff are inspirational and gives you encouragement. Mostly friendly folks. I wish the music would be "piped" to the machines so I could plug in my headphones to it. Other than that, I will be a member for as long as possible. Gets pretty crowded in the locker room sometimes, but after my career in the military, used to it. One of the friendliest places I have been a member of. I highly recommend checking It out.

I only come here at night so that is all I can comment on but the guys on the night shift are great. If they aren't helping a customer, they seem to always be cleaning something. Bathroom/locker room always seems clean. Maybe doesn't smell the best lol but thats not the fault of the employees. Always there to help me with black card perks including tanning beds and massage chairs. I'm not much of a gym during the day person because I like to work out in a less crowded environment but I would definitely recommend this location anytime after 10pm from experience!

When all the machines are working, it's a great workout, with little to no wait time on machinery. The bathrooms have good storage space for my change of clothes, and the staff is friendly. I really enjoy using the facilities, they have all the machines I need!
