Water fountains haven’t been working at this location for quite some time now. They don’t have water provided but want to charge 1$ for water bottles. We pay a gym membership and expect all amenities that we pay for to be working. They charge full price but can’t fully deliver to their customers. Poor quality of management to be charging for something we already pay for. Running water should be expected at any fitness area.

Dirty and lazy employees fail to keep facilities clean. Couldn't cancel my account during covid and ended up being charged additional months.Definitely recommend this place if you're a fan of dirty equipment and potential viral contamination 👍

Some of the machines not working. Paper towel dispensers empty. Disinfectant spray bottles empty. Same locks on lockers means people using them as their own storage instead of only while in the gym. Most of the head phone Jack's do not work correctly. Only reason I go there is because it is close to home.

I finally canceled my membership after going there for a year. Its dirty. They always run out of towels and cleaner or the bottle doesn't work right. If a machine is broken it stays broken FOREVER. The staff doesn't care when you tell them about an issue. I can never get anyone to answer the phone. I called to cancel and talked to a guy that supposedly canceled my membership but didn't because I was still charged the annual fee. I went in to cancel and the guy who works up front didn't care when I told him about ,y issue. He canceled my membership but I'm still going to be charged for this month which he couldn't explain to me and when I asked to speak to management I sat there forever before giving up and walking out. I have called their corporate number and have been sitting on wait for 20 minuets. They suck!

I really enjoy this gym, joined about four months ago. The price to equipment ratio is great, we waited for a special and paid a twenty five cent sign up fee with no contract. It is open twenty four seven and gets busy between six and nine pm Monday through Thursday. There is all the equipment you could ever want plus black membership gets access to tanning beds and hydro massage. I am not a black membership tier so I can't give any info on that but the place is clean and the people friendly.

I'm extremely pleased not only the work out facility, but the showers available and the multiple locations in other states. I don't like to pay 10-15 dollars per day at other gyms when traveling nor use limited equipment at a hotel gym. So I make it a point to stay near a Planet Fitness when booking a hotel.

Midland needs a 2nd location. Not enough space, over crowded and VERY limited amount of equipment. 8 out of 10 times, bathrooms are not maintained, and trash cans overflowing. Location is 25mins away from home, starting to think it's not worth the trip. ✌ I like Planet, just not this location....

This place is a dump. You would think after the expansion remodel, PF would want to take better care of the place. The tanning beds and tanning rooms are disgusting. The paid employees don’t clean or do anything besides visit and play on their phones. I gave up trying to use the full body enhancement because the lazy employees don’t set the timer...happens with the tanning bed too. To the owner: your employees are destroying your business. You’d better wake up and realize what’s happening before you lose your customers to Crunch Fitness, coming soon. Only reason I joined PF is to have access to all locations. I will be leaving PF to join Crunch in July.

Staff is friendly and rarely have to wait for equipment. Only complaint is that the women’s showers are always dirty and smell bad and men’s showers have no hot water and very little water pressure. Been going to this location four times a week for over two months and this has been a continuous problem.

Terrible, I have been coming to this gym for about 2 years, but today, March 20th,2019 at 10:45pm.. I came but forgot my key bar code and gave my phone # as always to the front desk attendant, named Brittany. She stopped me and kept saying she couldn't find my name and continued to embarrass me in front of at least 10 people that were waiting to go in. I told her I had used my number and she said that I needed to call the gym where I got my membership because I wasn't in the system and she wasn't going to let me in. I asked of she could call to verify and that I had never had issues before and she continued to embarrass me. My fiance's # came up but she was my guest and even that way she refused to let me go in and was super rude. She checked another computer and finally found me and blamed it on her system.
