I was having some issues with a machine and how to use it but a very helpful employee said his name was Michael gave me some great tips and advice even what other machines to use for the workout I was going for!!

Awsome experience, loved the vibe this gym has and the staff, had my first training session with trainer Stephanie, have no complaints, she knew what she was doing, love the motivation she provided, definitely got me threw the workout, if yall are looking for a gym definitely consider truefit.
