The staff LIES when you sign up and tell you anything you want to hear to get you to start paying. Then they refuse to let you cancel after they said you can do so.This gym is filthy everyday and stinks. The locker rooms are disgusting. The showers are funky with the same wads of hair clogging the drains for months bc they aren't cleaned. No hot water or soap. A lot of the equipment is broken. They never give you a key card like they're supposed to. The fire alarm goes off all the time for no reason causing everyone to evacuate. This TRUFIT company hates oil field people and has zero respect for the work they do. They think they own you for life and you work for them. Worst gym in Midland or Odessa.

Went in to sign up and staff was very helpful and kind. Margarita answered all my questions and also introduced me to personal trainer who will be helping me start my new journey. I’ve fallen off the wagon but the staff was very positive and gave me a boost. Thank you and can’t wait.

Friendly Staff, very clean, great amount of selection of equipment to work out. So far very happy with this Gym. Very competitive prices. Highly recommend joining.

I rarely, if ever, leave reviews, particularly negative ones. But today, will be the exception. As far as gyms goes, Tru Fit is neither exceptional nor horrible. The Gym was fairly clean, and it had what I needed to work out-I am Gym rat, so just give me weights to lift and decent cardio machines, and I am good. My endless frustration with this Gym, is I cannot get them to stop billing me. I canceled my membership and my wife's membership at the beginning of November, due to a job relocation, and I am still getting charged.Called the corporate office, most of the time no one answers, the line just goes dead. When a person does answer, she says someone will call me, and that has never happened. I have never ever recommended someone not go to a business, but in this case, I am making that exact recommendation. Midland/Odess is an area where a lot of people work in a "temporary work assignment" capacity. so, you would imagine the process of canceling a membership in the area would be routine and common place. It has been far from that.There are many many options for Gyms in the area, save yourself the heartache and your money and choose a more reputable business. There is a reason the Gym has F rating from the Better Business Bureau.

I would give them a 0 star if possible. Awful customer service. They are a scam. DON’T SIGN UP A MONTH TO MONTH CONTRACT. I have been trying to cancel my membership for the last three months and I can’t get anyone to respond to my emails to cancel my membership. Zero accountability. People that answer the phone can’t help you cancel. Very shady technique to continue charging you for the Membership. I will report this account to the better business bureau.

Miguel is my Personal Trainer here at this location and he is phenomenal, respectful, and professional. As a fitness professional myself, and someone who has been working out for 14 years I am very impressed with his knowledge. I also have never used my back muscles the same as I do with Miguel. He has me standing up taller, reaching new heights and even though the work is brutal it has already paid off in so many ways. Friends and family can see the difference in the way I walk and stand and when I flex my back, I flex my back. Feeling the back muscles working that have not worked this entire time and I know Miguel is the Personla Trainer you need for your life! I'm so thankful to God for Miguel being in my life, don't let his age fool you, he knows the body and knows how to get you results. Go and see him now and TruFit has been a blessing because if I never made a switch of gyms I would of not met Miguel!!

DIRTY. Please do not take your children here. Childcare not secure and kids can literally escape on their own. No one checks if you are the child's parent when picking up. Learned after signing up that kids club isn't open everyday because they can't find any staff (no surprise). Also, manager is unprofessional, rolling eyes and was talking bad about another customer who was being over charged right in front of me with no regards to their privacy. Save yourself and go anywhere else.

Great place to work out since no one really bothers you. Some of the machines are old but lots of options anyways. Wished the floors were cleaner, did not enjoy the view I got of the floor while doing some push ups.

Great gym with plenty of equipment. Staff was friendly and helpful with all my questions about memberships and classes they offer. Definitely recommend this gym!

The gym is one of the best places I’ve visited. Really good equipment. Also my trainer John is the man! I would definitely recommend him for personal training.
