Very frustrated trying to get refunded for over $400 of charges that should not have been charged . We cancelled our membership in 2022 and we have been receiving charges since February of 2023 . The worst part is , their records even indicate that we cancelled our membership and we still have not had this resolved . The lack of response to fixing their mistake is awful . I’ve read other reviews and it looks like I’m not the only one . I do hope this business will show some integrity and get this matter resolved asapEdit - I’m editing this review because trufit resolved my issues and I appreciate them doing what they needed to. Appreciate the efforts of the new GM Chris, it’s a tough job turning things around in a business and he is doing a great job interacting with the customers and making the transition as smooth as possible. Not as please with the cooperation overall. They leave equipment broken for long periods of time and up until Chris arrived have had very poor management. Anyway, glad to see they are working on turning things around.

I’ve been having Casey as my trainer for 2+ years now, she is the best there. Everyone is really welcoming and supportive. The best place to work out in Midland so far.
