Maddie was very helpful. Clean gym, everything stays well stocked and kept up with. Friendly environment and the daycare staff is great with our two kids. (10mo old and 7yr old)

Look this is an awesome gym! Clean and friendly. staff is amazing, especially the girls, super nice and customer service is great! Eqp. Is new and well maintained, they have everything you would want out of a gym with a low price. Keeping it for the Fitness Gang!!!!

I just joined TrueFit in the last two days and I haven’t even been in to check it out in person yet but from the phone conversation I had with a couple of the people there I am so stoked already to be a member because of how understanding and accommodating they already have been to me. I will see y’all in person in a few hours lol!! Thank you again so much!!! And if you haven’t joined this gym you definitely should!

I stopped in for quick workout there was a lady named Maddi I believe. She was very helpful. She had such a sweet personality I'd come back just to say hi. The facilities were clean and machines in great working order.

Best gym here in midland! Absolutely love this place and all the staff members, everyone is so friendly and helpful. All the equipment is amazing, everything is very clean and well maintained. Prices are great, im so glad they are no longer doing contracts! Overall making this my go to home gym!

I love going to this gym. Employees there always greet you in a manner that you know they enjoy their job and are always willing to help. I hardly ever have to wait for a bench, station, or weights. Compared to other gyms in the area, this is one of the best, hands down!

This has been a nightmare. They are inept. Their gym is highly subpar. The equipment is loose, the vinyl is cracking. It is in complete disarray. We opened an account for the family. They opened it under the highest level membership. We went in the reduce the membership, and they opened a second account unbeknownst to us, so we didn't pay it. We started getting collections notices. We had to pay to cancel the second erroneous account. We came back later to cancel the original account. Signed all of the cancellation paperwork on 3/10/22. We were told it was a 30 day cancellation. We have been billed every month since. We have gone up to the gym in person almost daily to get this handled to no avail. Then on the phone today, they told us it was a 45 day cancellation period. Also, there are no numbers to get a hold of managers. The billing department told us it had to be done at the gym, and vice versa. We have called the billing department, they required us to pay to cancel. The funny part is, it was the exact same amount as the first cancellation. As long as you give them $132 they're happy to let you cancel. That's their price. It's extortion!

Everything is broken ! Too many machine with out of order signs on them. Have been this way for months. Out of 12 treadmills on back row only 4 work. Other machines same way. There is no upkeep on equipment. There is an small weight area that is missing almost all of the weight stack pins and most pads are cracked and never replaced Ellipticals are falling apart. Most book/phone racks are broken on the precor ellipticals with parts falling off just laying on the floor. May have no choice but to change gyms. Join only at your own risk. Other places as planet fitness and crunch have same prices and I am sure better upkeep. Hopefully they have more pride and maintain their equipment.

While I wasn’t too impressed with the other location (Meta), this has been my go-to for the past year. The sauna is just a plus after every workout compared to many other gyms in town. The staff is very friendly, professional and helpful every time! (Maddie is the best!)
