I wish I could give this club a minus 👎 tonight was a nightmare. I have been a member for a lil bit over a year, I have never had a problem with them prior to tonight despite how dirty their restrooms are and most of time dont have working toilets. I have the platinum membership and and I thought and read on Google this "What is guest privilege at TruFit?ANSWER: You are welcome to bring a friend to the gym at any time! Our Guest policy for trying out the gym complimentary is for LOCAL RESIDENTS."Well according to this management on the MIDLAND DRIVE TRUFIT, iam not aloud to bring a guest "unless she has a membership " he RIDICULED my child and I for letting my teen use the treadmill. I truly feel that the way he handled it was very immature and unprofessional. Then when I when and talked to him to cancel my membership he said they will still charge me for the next 2 more months. When I was told at the beginning when I signed up, that my membership was only for one year. And then I could cancel any time after that. Is any one else having this issues here? 🙄
