They suddenly turn off the light @10:58. I was on the treadmill and fell down. No one there cared. They just ignored me and wanted me to leave ASAP. Again, they are not just dim the light. They just turn off the light and that’s totally dark. It’s really dangerous. Hate I got the 1 year membership.

The facilities are great as are the machines but they need to clean the locker rooms more often. I go there at 9pm and they are quite dirty with paper towels, q-tips, dirt, etc all over.

Why offer 3 day pass online and say no, it's not available in person? The front desk girl tried to get me to sign up for membership instead. I want to try first, not purchase. But I'm glad to read all these bad recent reviews and see that this is a horrible place. I will not sign up or go back.

I got a free trial pass online to check the gym out if it has all the equipment I need for my workout session and when I arrived said they arent allowing trials at the moment. Why give me a trial pass online then. Thats ridiculous, then tries to sell me their 1 year plan without letting me even try the gym.

Crowded all the time. I wrote to the proprietor about this but got no response. Not enough squat racks, bench press benches, pulley machines for the crowd, disorganized weights section. I spend a lot of time just looking for weights. Just overall poor experience.

When are these scammers going to open back up to 24 hours? It's been an entire year and it's only open from 5am - 11pm. Even planet fitness is open 24 hours. Don't forgot it's packed from 5pm to 10pm. And the 15 minute minimum wait for a squat rack.

More so a comment on the patrons, but no one takes care of anything here. Weights are left on the floor so it's easy to trip, plates are reracked oddly (10, 20, 10, 5) , dumbells are all over the place and not anywhere near where they're supposed to be. Whole place is kind of a mess.

I was here on Halloween Sunday, 1 pm, 2021. Normally, I go to another location. It was medium crowded, I would say 20 % capacity (about 40 to 60 people). The gym is conveniently located with lots of parking space available. The floor layout seems like a patchwork: A bit random including some unused space. The equipment was in good shape when you do not look to closely. Some of the adjustable benches desperately needs maintenance (safety hazard IMHO).Sad was that many customers ignored the mask requirement and the staff didn't seem to care at all (clear eye contact between the staff and the customers without mask). About 20 % of the customers did not wear a mask at all or wore the mask as a "chin diaper" (see the famous Southpark episode from September 2020 called "The Pandemic Special").

Just moved to the area and started going to this location, but I think I will find another gym. One of the most unorganized weight sections I’ve ever seen. Half my workout is spent wandering around trying to find the weights I need. They should also have a couple more squat racks since four does not seem to be enough.

This location was very dirty especially in locker room and shower area, but recently it’s getting a lot better I would like to give a shoutout to Sam, he keeps the gym are very clean not just only the locker room as well as showers. Thank you.
