The front desk people here have no idea what they are talking about. I went in on April 22nd evening to cancel my membership as I had a leg injury. The guy on front desk told me, I can keep my membership go on for next month as I won't be charged - it was part of the my sign up process. Then they charged me for second month and when I went in today, they say you need to present proof that our employee said so, our employees are well trained they would never give false info. On April 22nd that guy would not let me cancel and keep saying you won't be charged. Today, she is defending him WITHOUT PROOF and then says need manager approval for cancelling membership. But when I wanted to speak to manager about this incident she said he was busy on a call. And this was in next one minute.Basically, these people are sweet when you have to sign up, but if you are leaving they show arrogance and rudeness. The lady at front desk this afternoon was defending something she did not even know about. And acting unhelpful and rudeThey are here to make money, by giving wrong information and then defending the same with no evidence.Worst customer experience ever.

I went here once with a friend on a guest pass and have to say that this place is alright and is decent for a go-to gym spot. They gym itself is spacious; however, is quite packed and so you might find yourself in long waiting queues for a machine depending on the day. Other than that, they have a large variety of machines and typical equipment that make up their gym.During covid or the time that I am writing this, I frequently notice many others not wearing masks which I find a bit of a risk for myself. As a whole, I would not say there is anything that distinguishes the gym as it fulfills a minimum for what a gym is supposed to be and have for an establishment of their size.

I live in an RV and travel to all kinds of 24 hour fitnesses around the bay area. This is my favorite one in the east/south bay. Very well kept facility. Very nice staff. Good equipment. And the showers are always very clean.

No benches plated or weights ever available. Staff will say empty but gym is always full with peak times no space to even stand. Not equipped for the amount of traffic. Also barely any of the equipment 2 ropes no no handles bag and plenty of space where they can add more benches and weights but dont put in the money to. More a show location then am actual usable one where you will spend most of your time waiting. Not for any serious regular gym goer. Bathroom is maintained on and that's about it. Good for high school kids looking to get a quick 20 who don't mind waiting
