The staff discriminate, make rude comments and gossip about club members. This is a direct reflection of the terrible leadership in place. Someone is either grossly overpaid and under qualified or just doesn't care.

Unprofessional and unethical place of business. Do not go here unless you want your private information talked about openly. Decided to cancel my membership after 2.5 years.

It's clean. The teachers are not too bad. The teachers need to show more energy when they are teaching. The teachers should show their professional when they show more energy.

It’s beautiful and finally we have our very own super sport in MILPITAS. I do prefer double story gyms like Redwood City but hey at least they made something of the old Mervyns.

pretty good..honestly much better than the other 24 hr fitness facilities i have been to. overall the front desk and the PT need more energy. They need to show encouragement. Other than that...amazing.

I like this new gym, hope it can be maintained well. It’s a very good place to work out. They also let me try out personal training and free day pass.

Ignore all the babies complaining about something out for less than a week. The gym is new staff seems nice and equipment is new. My only gripe is that it's one story and cardio is facing the weights wWhich bothers me I guess

I’m surprised that they’ve installed a lot of distorting mirrors. You’re either too skinny& tall or too fat&short in the mirror. Isn’t that entertaining?!

I’ve been a 24 hour fitness member for a long time now, and this was the WORST 24 hour Super Sport I have ever visited.NONE of the free weights are organized and random weights are scattered everywhere. 80 pound free weights in the 30 pounds, next to that are 15 pound weights, next to those 75 pound weights. 60 pound weights in the 20 pounds and a random 105 pound on the floor by the mirrors. The staff does NOTHING but play on their cell phones. I worked out for 1.5 hours and did not see a single employee assist with anything. I do not live in this area but if I did, I would’ve canceled my membership and joined another gym.
