So over rated , can't be yourself there the coaches are teaching wrong in every aspect . Everything is too expensive to afford to even get a Good start . They are against guys that have that natural pure dynamic strength that stops everyone's attacks . I don't understand why just because you come in off the streets that they just throw you to the lowest stage even though you are just as good or better that the so called blue or purple belts . Anybody can get their ass whooped in a real fight . It's a pointless system that they run under and is only famous because of the UFC fighters that go there .

Great and friendly place to learn MMA. The people are very professional and are always willing to help you with anything needed. No experience is needed for any class style you would like to take and they even provide a free class for an experience you will want to go back to and experience again.
