Very disappointed with their cancellation policy - the staff doesn't give you all the details when you sign up for classes and it consists on 60 days from your *NEXT BILLING CYCLE*- which means that you can end up being obligated to pay for almost 3 months of classes. There is also no way to freeze your account for a short period of time - say 1-2 weeks for trips, getting COVID, etc. (both happened to me). This policy is something that I haven't seen in any other gyms around the area. I explained my situation to the managers and asked to get a prorated amount to get charged for 60 days and not almost 3 months but I guess they weren't open to that.In terms of pricing, the memberships range from $140 for 12 classes a month to $190 for unlimited. Per the manager, these rates are going up next month (August 2022). There's also a mandatory $50 registration fee for the gloves.Kickboxing classes are fun (45 mins on Monday, Wednesday & Friday), Strength classes are okay (45 mins on Tuesday & Thursday). There's a mixture of both on Saturdays and there are no classes offered on Sundays.

At any good gym, you should never feel ashamed or discouraged about yourself or your struggles with the staff. A great gym, though, will have you feeling the support through the other attendees as well. That's what I found at Farrell's. I've been to two locations, always been in bad shape and struggling, but never felt out of place even as everyone else left me in the dust (workout-wise). I eagerly lol forward to my 10 week challenge with them!

Join! You won’t regret it. I didn’t know how much I would enjoy kickboxing but it’s an amazing workout and I’m in the best shape of my life. Farrell’s also creates a community and you build connections to help push your workout goals.

Excellent gym and program - kickboxing and strength training workouts are made for all levels and the instructors are awesome!! Great for any age and fitness level. I started at the North Loop Farrell's location in late March and have lost over 30 lbs. so far with the help of the instructors and staff. But even better is that the mix of strength training and kickboxing REALLY helps manage my stress levels - I feel better than I have in a long time!

Joining Farrell's has been a great experience! I had been missing my forming gym since moving further away from it and then Covid hit, during that time I had tried out a different boxing gym and wasn't feeling it. Then I found Farrell's and found the same welcoming atmosphere that I had found at the gym I had been missing. The kickboxing workouts are intense and help keep you on track mentally. Instructors and staff are always welcoming and they encourage community building.
