I joined back in 2019 for the 10 week challenge and stayed on afterwards because of the community, instructors, and overall amazingly fun workouts. They have done so much to keep everyone safe during COVID by pivoting and offering online and on-demand classes. And now that we are back in person, you realize that this place, and the people who go here and work here, are awesome because of how much we missed each other. It truly feels like a family of supportive people who all push each other to be our best (or at least to try our best😉).

I went to farrells back in Iowa when I lived there and wanted to get back into it after a few years off. Moved to the city and saw one was close to me and I’m so glad I rejoined! The environment is welcoming snd uplifting and the workouts are always a blast. I know I can go into the gym on a bad day leaving with a smile on my face. Staff and instructors are amazing!!

An amazing all around experience.I have been a member of Farrels North Loop since it opened over 2 years agoThe instructors are professional and well trained and highly motivating. They are willing to help you with any questions you might have(I.e. form, weight selection, nutrition as well as helping you keep motivated). They are all about results!The gym is spotlessly clean and the members safety and comfort level are always top priorityThe workouts are varied and continually challenging and results drivenTry a class, I really highly recommend!!

Farrell’s North Loop has one of the best overall programs I’ve found. Mixing in Kickboxing and weights keeps me interested and showed a lot of change after the 10 week challenge.I highly recommend anyone who’s looking for In person or virtual training.The team is awesome about supporting and connecting with people to have fun and feel engaged.

I love this place! Excellent and professional instructors and great programs. I’ve been here for four weeks by now and joined the 10 weeks challenge. I’m seeing progress by taking classes everyday Monday through Saturday, and following the nutrition guide.I love kickboxing as it is a super fun workout and helps with de-stressing! And the strength training could take some time to build up but the results would be amazing! If you want some good sweats and have fun, come to the gym and join the programs!!

I haven't worked out or had any real physical exercise in 25 years. I turned 51 halfway through the 10 week bodyshaping class. I had no idea what to expect from the class or if I could even make it through the entire session. I'm happy to say that I have 4 weeks left of this session and truly believe that I would not have made it this far if I had taken this course anywhere else. Farrells is more than just a place to work out. Its a community of like minded individuals that feel like an extension of your family. The instructors are amazing. They are always available, friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, compassionate and full of energy. They make you want to be a better version of yourself. You leave class feeling the workout and you find yourself wanting to come back for more. The instructors motivate you but don't intimidate you. I honestly can say I don't think I would have made it through another class if I were to do it anywhere else. Casey has found a way to make getting back into shape easy. No matter what you look like on the outside Casey along with the instructors make you feel good on the inside.. Not once did I ever feel out of place or feel like I didn't fit in. I look forward to continuing my journey at Farrell's, even if i have to continue it online... This has been a great experience .. Thank you

Farrell’s has changed my life and I would highly recommend to anyone looking to be a better, healthier, stronger version of themselves. I’m 31 years old and never thought that I’d ever look like I did in my early 20s; however, thanks to their 10-week challenge and continuous challenges post, I’m in the best shape of my life. Their continuous support and ability to quickly adapt during gym closures due to COVID allowed me to keep my workouts going via zoom classes with very little change to their excellent service offerings. Don’t even question it, start today.

I'm on week 9 of my 10 week challenge. I knew that the workouts were going to be good. I knew that my body would change. But I didn't know that I would find a community of people that make my whole day better. I'm a mom of 4 (with a baby!) and I work full time. Yes, you can find time in your day to prioritize yourself. The instructors are caring, helpful, fun and encouraging. It's a workout that's challenging and accessible for anyone -- one of my favorite things about Farrell's is the huge range of ages and fitness levels. If you are looking for a welcoming place to challenge you and to have a ton of fun while you do it, this is the place! (PS I can't wait to see what my results are from the 10 week challenge!)

Here's the thing. It takes a special personality to cultivate an environment of torture that makes people come back wanting more. That's what Casey, Sarah, and the team of awesome instructors at FXB NoLo have done. Screaming muscles? Check. Pounding heart? Check. Silent swearing? Oh yes. If left to my own devices, I'll call it good at whatever rep my brain decides was probably definitely more than enough. At FXB? Not so much. They push us to push ourselves, and make you WANT to get that last couple of kicks in. I've never walked into or out of that gym feeling anything but supported and encouraged. After an injury had me out of commission for a couple of months, Casey went out of his way to make me feel welcome, and to make sure that I had the necessary modifications to avoid re-injury. His positivity and humor make it impossible to be mad while he's trying to kill me with fitness. 5/5 versions of me (fit, out of shape, tired, happy, etc.) would recommend choosing torture at Farrell's North Loop.
