I have been going to Farrell's North Loop for almost 2 years now! The energy in this place is off the charts, in a positive way. Everyone is welcome in our fitfam community, wherever you are in this journey called life come workout - punch and kick a bag! Great way to release stress, and get in shape while working out with instructors & managers who know how to help you no matter what your goals are.

I joined Farrell’s this past December and did the 10 week challenge with my fiancé. I had started just hoping to lose some weight but this gym offers so much more. I have learned how to make a lifestyle change including nutrition, exercise, and to celebrate non-scale victories. The community is great as well. Everyone is welcoming and willing to help. It can be intimidating to go to a new gym but they make you feel at home right away. Plus, they really know their stuff. They are always willing to help you modify moves or correct improper form in a kind way. I never feel called out or embarrassed like I have at other gyms. They just truly want to see you succeed in your fitness goals.

Awesome more-than-gym. Farrell’s is a way of life and a transformation for the long term. Good community. Positive vibe. Clean and well-run. Responsive management. Yes. You. Can.

Nothing short of 5 stars. I was desperately looking for a convenient gym in the North Loop that would engage me and gave me the opportunity to get back in shape. Little i knew I was about to find so much moresAfter seeing one of the multiple signs around the neighborhood advertising a free class I gave it a shot. It is now well over 100 days of working out 6 days a week but more importantly I found an unbelievable support system, or Fit fam as we call it, that helps pushing my limit and keeps me accountable.Since joining I learned so much, well beyond how to throw a round kick or uppercut, from nutrition and healthy recipes (the members only Facebook Group is great) to body composition (forget about the scale - Build muscles, loose fat!

Honestly, there are still days that I catch a glimpse of myself in the mirror and don't recognize myself. I can assure you, wholeheartedly, that this is the program that changed my life. For that, I will be forever grateful.I was someone who always exercised at a gym. I was a nameless member who went through the motions of completing a haphazard, aimless workout; never seeing the results that I wanted. I didn't understand my body, and I definitely didn't know how to create meaningful change. Nutrition coaching was never an offering unless I wanted to pay ungodly amounts of money over and above my membership fee. For years, my weight and self esteem were unstable. Then I found Farrell's.So what's different about Farrell's Extreme Body Shaping - North Loop? It's an unbelievably supportive environment. It is a community and we are all in it together. Your success, is our success. When we succeed, we celebrate those milestones together. Casey, the owner, and Sarah, the manager, will know you by name and are invested in your victories. Nutritional coaching is a crucial part of the program and will be thoughtfully taught. There are always challenges to keep us engaged, accountable, and motivated. The focus is not on the scale but changing body composition and feeling strong and healthy. To date, I have lost 70 lbs. My body composition has completely shifted. My body fat percentage has dropped from 34 to 17%. I have gained many pounds of muscle. My body is now capable of things that I once only imagined - I now consider myself an athlete. I don't think I would have found this person I have become without Farrell's.If you want to transform your life. This is the program for you.

Farrell’s North Loop is the BEST! I visited them for two classes when they did a fundraiser for our local charity, and every single person taking a class was super-nice (not intimidating...really cool people) and they all looked like they were really into it (but having fun!). Kickboxing with instructor Sarah Hanks has got to be the best way to lose weight (and get strong and learn skills)...fun music, clean and beautiful setting, and great people to work out with. I say A+++!

I love the Farrell's program because of its holistic approach to fitness (cardio kickboxing, strength training and nutrition)! I love the North Loop location because of the people - there are people from a variety of backgrounds and cultures who come together 6 days a week to work out, challenge each other and support each other. It's the only workout program I've stuck with for over 5 years - and it works. The owner and instructor are extremely supportive and take the time to answer questions, get to know you and are there to encourage every step of the way.

I've been going to Farrell's for almost 6 years now. I find it to be a solid foundation and a total change in lifestyle for getting, and staying fit. The community is non-judgmental, supportive and a fun group. I used to work out in a 4-6 person group in a small gym doing crossfit / circuit style workouts 2-3 times a week. Since starting Farrell's, I've been working out 4-6 times a week on average, and want to more than my schedule allows! It's so much fun to work frustration and stress out on kickboxing days, especially with a partner. Strength days are plenty of fun at the North Loop because of the instructors and other members. Not to mention, feeling that 'good sore' feeling from getting a good challenging workout in. If you're looking for a change in fitness, need to lose weight and build some muscle, make some friends you'll love seeing daily, this is the place for you. North Loop is owned by one of the most driven and caring owners around. Stop by, check it out, and seriously consider signing up for the 10 week challenge.
