I go most often for the pool. It's usually a bit crowded after work on weekdays and mornings Saturday as they host many swimming teams. But the schedule is usually up to date on the website so it's easy to work around. One issue I have run into is that the aqua fit classes start setting up about 15 minutes early and the swim teams run late so especially on Thursdays there's not really a lane for lap swim until late.

I was a member for 8 years prior to moving in 2021. It is a very well maintained fitness club with a welcoming staff. It’s a large space meaning there are many pieces of cardio and weight equipment, it rarely felt “too” busy due to this. It’s a great gym.

Super bad customer service on the part of the membership department. They charge you to cancel your membership even if it was on hold because of injury. They don’t actually respect the 30day cancellation, they will charge you a full month at full membership price whether you can use it or not just to allow you to stop being billed. Definitely not anything they warn you about when you put it on hold in the first place. And you can’t take it off hold unless you go in person between 8-5 on weekdays, according to the front desk. Not on weekends. This place is just awful-And in response to the reply below- you are not able to get off the hold online without coming in to see a membership agent, who is only in monday-friday 8 or 9-5. You do not explain to the member that they cannot cancel off the hold when they make that change and no, you clearly don’t “work with the member” to help accommodate. You just tell them that the contract says you can’t cancel off a hold, too bad. Which the manager did as well. Not to mention after changing your hours to make it harder to even get in and use the club at all. So the club can make their hours and staffing more restrictive at will but if you can’t make it any more, even because of that, you are held to an agreement for services they no longer provide the same way. And contrary to your reply, if either membership or the manager showed any empathy or interest in being flexible to someone who was disabled and almost couldn’t return to activity at all, I wouldn’t be writing this review.

I have been a member of this location since October 2021 and I absolutely love this gym. It is very clean, not very crowded, friendly/helpful fellow members and has such cool amenities. I love the basketball gym and can’t wait to take swimming lessons in the summer. The front desk is very friendly and helpful as well. My favorite place to go when I have free time.

It's like, what's not to like? Fitness classes are a bit light, as they are everywhere, but the facility is nice and people are friendly.

Nice pool and great atmosphere! They also offer varieties of free group exercise classes. Very friendly and helpful staff here too!

This place is allot bigger than it looks. There's a huge basement level with gyms, machines, treadmills, pool, hot tub and more. Than the upstairs has meeting rooms, more workout equipment, treadmills and more. There are a ton of FREE classes. The staff is amazing. I would recommend at the least that you come in for a look around.

So-so local gymWe were looking around for gym memberships when we relocated to our new location for years ago. While they're reasonably good, the customer service and housekeeping often leaves to be desired. They have a great pool but accessibility is very limited because of programming for those of us who have to arrange lap swimming around busy work schedules.if we didn't agree with a mission statement and they weren't so close to us we may consider switching.

Clean facilities, welcoming staff, comfortable locker rooms with closed showers and soap and lotion available.
