Great gym, kind staff. Very reasonable monthly membership. On the upper level, there is a track with lots of equipment like mats and treadmills. On the lower level, you can find all the weightlifting equipment you need as well as the childcare center and massage center. I’ve never had a massage before and it was life changing and affordable! There’s also the full swimming pool and hot tub- had lots of fun lounging in the hot tub with friends in the wintertime followed by a steam in the sauna.

It's a nice facility but the staff is very lackluster. I could go to the Midtown or downtown location and get better customer service.

Nice and clean facility with wonderful staff. A variety of people come here so I never feel embarrassed or discouraged. It gets pretty busy, so I just try to avoid peak hours. Classes are fun and enjoyable.

Excellent site. Friendly helpful staff. Clean and modern lockers. Equipment is diverse and well cared for.many choices for a workout no relxation It's a smaller but highly efficient space. I really enjoy it.

The staff are so friendly and wonderful! They regularly service the machines and equipment so I always feel safe and there's always an extra place for me, even during peak hours. The best gym in the cities!

Pool is usually not available for open swimming, hot tub is warm at best, and the locker rooms are so cramped you are literally bumping into one another. Team use of the pool and machines seriously limit what's available to members. Stuck me with an extra month's fee when I went to cancel too. Didn't deliver as advertised.

Nice facility, went for a swim, actually prefer the Midtown pool. But no real complaints. running track is also smaller than midtown, I think the longer distance per lap helps reduce the tedium of running/walking indoors.

Some of the exercise classes have the music too loud, and the instructors don't seem to like to turn it down when asked. They should provide earplugs.

The YWCA Uptown is great! I moved in to the neighborhood in the fall, and on my second day living here I joined! All of the staff is super welcoming and nice, and the facility itself is great! Good equipment (including an indoor running track and super swanky pool), great variety of classes, and everyone there is super nice too! I love being able to use such a great facility while simultaneously supporting such a fantastic community organization.
