Susan is a wonderful trainer and comes highly recommended! She truly took the time to explain the benefits of resistance training and nutrition to me. She is an expert designer of workout routines to specifically target your goals. She worked with my knee limitations yet challenged me. I can say I’m feeling stronger and healthier!! Susan has built a nice community which makes you feel welcomed. Everyone in her group is supportive and shares best practices. Susan is extremely giving and provides solutions to help you on the road to physical and mental wellness in addition to her training. She is the best!!!!!!!

Susan has been a game changer for my fitness! I have exercised since high school (20+ years). I’ve always been active with swim, yoga, fitness tapes, aerobics classes, and Beachbody. When I hit 39 started learning the importance of resistance training for women ESPECIALLY after the age of 35. We must lift and we must lift heavy to protect muscle, protect our bones, and protect our hormones. I was lucky to find Susan to guide me through a COMPLETELY new way of working out. That was not all! Susan couches all of us on nutrition and recovery/sleep. I was amazed when I started and she would encourage me to send photos of my food ( I thought what trainer has time for this?- Susan MAKES time for each and every person she trains). I am learning SO much and more importantly for the FIRST TIME IN 20 YEARS- I am losing fat and KEEPING/GROWING muscle 😮!! I cannot believe it! Every time I’ve lost weight before I would lose my butt and all my muscle mass. This is her PASSION! She is so encouraging and is right there pushing you through that last rep - right when you think you cant one more she helps you dig harder. It’s not just me - on the chat I see soooo many women actually changing their bodies- she’s incredible!!! Im am so grateful for her warmth, enthusiasm and KNOWLEDGE! 🙏🙏🙏

Susan has helped me tremendously in my journey - keeping me motivated and on point. She is super pleasant to work with and more important, she is flexible with my work hours and weekly travel. She is the change I needed in my life. I had been trying to get in this shape for 4 years now and haven't felt this good - energetic and active in years. I’ve lost many many inches overall. Last year after I had Covid, I had a consistent back pain which is completely gone now.I’ve worked with many personal trainers in Weston and I can confidently say that she is the best. And she can come to your house, which was very important for me, with little kids.

Susan Malinsky is an amazing Personal Trainer. I never thought I would be able to do any weight bearing exercises after an injury I sustained about four years ago. It’s been a long road of physical therapy and home exercises. But now I’m able to go to the next level with a personal trainer. It’s been amazing how Susan is helping me accomplish what I thought would be the impossible. I’m stronger than I’ve ever been, even before my injury. I see my body changing and so do my friends and family. I was content and satisfied before I met Susan but training with her is the best decision I’ve made for my well being. She’s always motivational and pushes me to do better and not give up in our training sessions. I have more energy since I started with her and I look forward to our sessions. Not only is my body getting healthy and stronger but so is my mind.

Susan is the best trainer I’ve had by far! My daughter and I have been training with Susan for the past 3 months, and I have seen an incredible transformation with my body, health ,mind and lifestyle. It has been an amazing journey so far .To start, wow ,I’ve lost 21 pounds in 8 weeks. With Susan’s encouragement, positive words, motivation, self love, originality, creative workouts,tips on how to eat, I was able to transform my body, my healthy and mind set.The fact that I quit a long time bad habit of drinking alcohol and sleeping pills ,along with the training, it made a huge difference in my life. I started to train with Susan 3 months ago and couldn’t be happier with the results. My energy is back, I feel great in my body and mental is at the top.Susan is always punctual, so positive and proactive. And she covers a wide repertoire of exercises so each training is always different. Love it!
