I can't believe the audacity of this gym. They not only charged me for two years without my authorization, but when I asked for a refund, they flat out refused. It's completely unacceptable and shows a lack of integrity on their part. I would strongly caution anyone considering joining this gym. Please let me know if anyone had the same experience, I tend to sue themIn

Great clean gym!! Very positive environment.

I am new to this gym & just signed up. I read some of the reviews but I am also a business owner so I appreciate when a business owner takes their BUSINESS serious. This gym is amazing. I guested at a few gyms before I signed up. YMCA had dated and unkept machines. Planet fitness has cheap & wobbly ellipticals which I hate because I love to use this specific machine.Appreciate when a owner just doesn’t let people run AMOK. That’s how businesses FAIL. I love the atmosphere and how it’s not super crowded. Enough space to do your own thing. Luckily I know as a business owner to read reviews & try to grasp what the reviewer is truly saying Vs how a business should be ran & regulated. Keep regulating because businesses last when managed properly. Very clean & positive atmosphere & im glad I gave you a chance. I also got a great discount through my employers Active & Fit program, so check your benefits. My monthly premium is $28 & i actuality think it’s worth more than that. Truly

I joined this spot not to long ago. I will say this is my type of gym! Great equipment and a nice dark feel to the place that screams have a great work out!! Never packed and haven't had any issues with people having Twitter fingers on equipment. I'm definitely here for the long haul

Decent equipment and environment, the leg machines here are just okay though. Hack squat and pendulum squat machine won’t let me go ATG for full use of ROM, the bar on one of the smith machines is a little bit loose so it moves left to right a little too much, moved over to a squat rack since the smith machine wasnt working for me and I couldnt adjust the height of one of the J-hooks since the lever to pull it out was missing a knob, moved over another squat rack and couldnt get a bar with good enough knurling so it ket slipping off my back, was forced to squat high bar.The seated hamstring curl dosn’t have an adjustment for the ROM at the top of the movement so my legs are still slightly bent at the starting point of the movement, leg press machine angles your feet for more plantar flexion and makes me feel like im slipping and can’t really press through with equal force through out my whole foot. Very sad leg day but every other machine is still pretty good for what I need, just a little picky for my machines for leg movements.

Y'all talk about safety and rule when it's never brought up to anyone attention. Instead y'all continue to not follow y'all own rules this the second time the male owner came at my brother with disrespect and I was on the phone for the first one and the lady owner talk about respect but it never giving y'all have paper around the facility for certain things but not for the incident my brother had to do so tell what rule does it say that in the facility you have to have to light on in the back room with two garage doors that bring in light . Instead of explaining it to him what does the male owner do come at my lil brother with disrespect . Customer around there said to my brother that the male owner is targeting him so please explain that cause that harassment to me single pointing one person when there multiple people do that and he said the owner never say anything to them. There audio and video on how it went down . Talk about that respect

I really love this gym!I decided to give it a shot because they participate in a program with my health insurance provider. They had no issue getting me set up when I came in, even though I'm not sure they have this type of set-up to do on a regular basis.As I was walking around and checking it out, the owner reached out to me and gave me a personal tour. You could tell how proud he was of it, and I felt that he already valued me as a new customer at the gym. I saw him again weeks later and he recognized me immediately.Front desk staff is great - especially in the morning! They're always welcoming and seem happy to be there (even so early!)Other people at the gym always seem nice and friendly, especially the trainers.The gym and locker rooms are very clean. There's not a bunch of stuff sitting around everywhere; most people tend to put back their dumbbells and other equipment where they found it when they're done. There are plenty of wipe stations for people to clean off equipment.Def give it a try! I highly recommend.

I joined this facility in March of 2022 and so far it has only improved upon what was already a great gym. I joined using Active & Fit and it is hands down the best gym available through that service. The equipment is varied, I never have to wait for a squat rack or bench, and although I'm not social myself...the members/staff seem to all be very friendly and respectful towards each other. Equipment is updated and added frequently which allows for more varied workouts as an experienced gym goer or it makes it easy for a beginner to try new things out. I will continue to come to the gym for the foreseeable future.

Forward moving fitness center! I'm a trainer/massage therapist there and we have the best equipment in town. We are super community oriented but at any given time you may find a professional body builder, movie star, professional athlete, a doctor, a model or your next door neighbor. With all of that said, we treat everyone like family!!! I might also argue that we have the cleanest facilities from the front door to the back door.
