In-Shape Family Fitness

I go to this gym almost everyday, and I like the courteous staff, knowledgeable trainers, and other members in my community that work out there. Every time I go there I always have a pleasant experience. The classes they offer are fun too. I like the pools, sauna, steam room... There are allot of amenities there. And this gym is huge. Even when the parking lot is packed, it never seems busy because it is 2 floors and plenty of equipment that I never have to wait for machines. It is a great place to spend time with my family. This place is part of my everyday life and enhances my fitness, health and well being. It is a great place to meet other like minded people and I have made a lot of friends there. I even get gr8 recipes from the membership app. I made this tomato cucumber feta salad and bought all the ingredients at the Farmers Market and it was amazing. Thanks In Shape!!!!

If you go before 4pm that is the best time. No waiting for machines and easy to find parking. The facility is well maintained and clean. Staff is nice and helpful.

Tara thank you for always being so friendly and helpful. I wish there were more employees like you. Maybe you can teach Selena how to be more polite to customers.

Only downside to the gym is the parking lot, half the people dont know how to park or bring the biggest vehicle they have and cram it into compact spot. Tons of amenities staff is friendly never see equipment down for too long

I enjoy coming here and trying new classes. Sandra H pilates class is amazing and I love how she connects with the room. Thought I'd try Muvz class with Mia. I was new so I didn't know the routines, but I kept up pretty well. She made a snide remark about those who couldnt keep up, that this is not zumba. She is pretty full of herself and quite cocky. I asked around about her class and others have said the same thing about her attitude. Women are supposed to lift and support each other...not tear down. Take a lesson in compassion Mia

My favorite Inshape club !! Has pools, steam room, sauna, daycare while moms workout! It’s huge two stories very fresh! A huge variety of machines to work out.

Nice place to work out at, lots of group exercise available Muvz, Piloxing, Spin and many more. Friendly staff especially Austin. I joined 6 months ago and was referred to him. He is friendly and knowledgeable. I refer all my friends to him that what to join In-Shape.

(READ ALL EDITS, IT GOES DOWNHILL)Finally visited this location after a few years of being told my membership was limited. I finally found the gym I cld fall in love w. The other locations near me are hit and miss w equipment but this location has basically everything I like. So no more going to different inshapes to workout. Like most inshapes staff is ugh, paper towels empty a lot and or spray bottles missing. The staff is hit n miss as trainers seem annoyed when they have to help at the front desk..i asked to tan and the trainer said find ur own name in the book, I don't do that. Also the tanning beds suck as I tan very easily and after 5 sessions no difference even after buying accelerator from them. Was told I cld only tan at their location so gonna cancel that as it s not worth 69.00 a month.New review. INSHAPE HAS YET AGAIN CLOSED ANOTHER FACILITY HERE. NOW THE ONE I GO TO HAS BEEN OVERRUN W WAY MORE PPL. THEY DO NOT HAVE ENOUGH EQUIPMENT TO SUPPORT SUCH AN INFLUX OF PPL NOW MIGRATING TO THE REMAINING 3 GYMS. INSHAPE IS SLPWLY HUT SURELY RUINING MY GYM EXPERIENCE. Unhave a feeling they will be out of business in thos area once another gym makes up for the loss.Definetly not worth the 39 a month membership plus 40 a year to renew. U don't even get towels anymore and they Don t keep up w replacing handles and bars to accomadate various equipment in various rooms. I 'll be looking into another gym soon.Just received a letter that my rate is going up.....well they hammered the final nail in that coffin

The lady at the front desk is supper rude and kept pushing people to the side who were there first, to help people coming in. I get that you're a busy gym, but when others are trying to come use the facilities you should help them as much as you do everyone else. Totally would not recommend this place! The Manteca one is so worth the drive.

I've been going to this gym since the beginning of this year and experience has been wonderful, the staff is always courteous. I really like to talk to the staff members here because they motivate my fitness journey. (2/28/18) I was approached by a manager by the name of Aliana, accusing me of loitering and/or lounging at the gym. She stated I was not permitted to sit down or do lounging ANYWHERE in the facility. I'm never at the gym more than 4 hours, at most I'm here 2 hours and a half. There are people who do lounging and don't get told anything. She was very rude and disrespectful and handled relaying the information unprofessional, with an hostile (more like fake-nice) attitude with misinformation, according to the rules and regulations stated on the website there is no clause or phrase stating lounging/loitering policies. Many of the staff complain about her and I couldn't see why before but with that attitude I now understand why. I pay to go here and frankly she's toxic to the environment of the gym, she doesn't put the gym first. I have done nothing more than wait for the bus and/or wait for my pre-workout to kick in. Management has ruined my experience at Inshape but more specifically Aliana. I only gave another star because I like the facility and the staff who actually maintain the place. I would of given it a one.
