In-Shape Family Fitness

This gym is HUGE !!! Beautiful facility with clean pools and top notch equipment. Does need to monitor there bathrooms for toilet paper and cleaning more often since it's such a busy gym.

Multiple areas to work out, variety of equipment, functional fitness area, open, clean and staff is knowledgeable and helpful when needed. Love Love that this particular location has racquetball courts and now has pickleball available, which I am hoping means tournaments will be coming soon. This particular location is much more modern than some in this area and this is why I have made it my home gym!! Parking is difficult during peak times but that is an issue at most In-Shape facilities except perhaps Briggsmore due to it being in a strip mall area. I also enjoy the outdoor pool although it's super cold some days it is mostly refreshing after a hard workout or on a hot summer day. As long as pricing doesn't get any higher then I already am paying I will be a long haul customer, even though I can do most things the gym has outdoors or go a lake, reservoir area etc... It is nice to have all in one.

Has everything, staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Well I was accursed by a employee that I was not I a proper complete attired in the steam room. I was not wearing anything in the steam room. So Adam the employee come and tell me. I was so mad that I drop an email the corporate office after couple of days the manager calls and talk to me. I told him everything and told if he can check the CCTV cameras. He told that he has since and I was in my towel. So I told that can you tell you employee Adam to apologize to me he said no. He apologize for it so it ok. So I took things to the corporate management but I spoke to their manager she told that Adam is not going to apologize for that but she is apologizing for that. I asked her if he can she told no he will not. Its so funny for there customer service training they are not trained and they don't read instructions in the gym. If anyone can read number 9 of the steam room instructions it is clear. But the employee is no apologizing for it. That's means there gym .employee are always rite. Members are wrong. Time to change my gym. My money is paid till the 3/5/2017. Or I will call on my day off if I can change my gym and my money can be reimbursement for my payment. Well I was thinking it is a good gym but nope I don't think so.The employee have attitude problem. They don't care for members. I have been a member since January 05/2015.2/23/2017Michael Tthanks for your concerns but to be open. Your gym employees don't have customers services. My concerns was that Adam needs to apologize. Reason been because I was in my rite attire in the steam room according to your steam room policy number 9 . But he accused me that I was not in my proper attire in the steamroom. Your Manager at the gym and your corporate manager too told that Adam is not going to apologize. So this is called customer service. What kind of customers you talking about. I wish I could attached pictures here I could have attached the steam room policy. But I posted on yelp

Only concern I have is water could be a bit warmer- aging folks need it for therapy
