Nice gym, usually very clean, but any time I visit I see people hogging 1 or 2 machines

Had a tour of the place. Huge and lots of machines to use. I love the classes that are free. Friendly atmosphere.

It is so easy for me to use the lap pool. The ability to book a lane on the app is amazing.

Friendly greeting every time I arrive, the instructors are great, (Kat, Leanne, Donald and Karen) and the group classes are always fun.

The club is always clean, the staff is Courteous and the amenities are 2nd to none from fresh towels to saunas to free classes In-shape is my fav🤗 …

My favorite gym, just sad that they no longer take Silver Sneakers for membership. Such great sraff, so very kind, helpful and thoughtful!

Manager/assistant manager Christine was very rude to my father which has been taking me to that gym for years. We were simply going into the hotub when she came out and confronted us. Talking about how you have to make a reservation. Which we weren't aware of. She kept pressing us to make one or leave, even though this was our first time hearing about this. As my father was asking about the reservations I was making one on my phone real quick. She started escalating the conversation with my father. I tried to let her know that I was already making a reservation and everything was going to be okay. However she wouldn't deescalate the situation or leave for that matter. My father brought up knowing Tyrone which had managed that inshape for a long time back when my dad owned samurai swords(antiques) he's a good friend of ours. She later stated that my father threatened her with a samurai sword. She clearly misheard and is making a false statement against my father even tho I was present with my father the whole time, and heard everything. In the end she could have just told us to make a reservation next time, and today could have just been a warning. We come to find out from other members, that she has a record for poor customer service. Also it's funny that we don't have to make a reservation for the sonna packed full of people without masks. In the other hand we have to make one for the hotub which usually doesn't have much people in it throughout the day anyway.

Always the wonderful welcome from Katherine at Ceres then my Zumba Class with Efren but I really enjoy going to The Mchenrry gym to used the racquetball area. Thank you.

The older lady that works in the mornings is very rude. I have been coming here for 8 months and not once has she said good morning or good bye to me but she always does to the white people in front of me and behind me. I have not experienced this at any other inshape as I get a warm "good morning" and "have a great day" when I go to other locations. And all I see her doing is gossiping about other members. Very unprofessional.

The music is not good... but everything else is. And what they have on the t.v. in the locker rooms is never good or encouraging its grievous to the soul... other than the annoying music that is not appropriate for families or God loving people ...other than that important part I just mentioned...this place is great. Hopefully they consider playing decent music that isn't about sex pride and vanity or bad attitude music... my hopes are they consider its a family gym there is lots of music that is grievous to the soul... I would have gave a 5 star if the music wasn't so bad... I had to edit my review and add that the child care is amazing and I am greatful to the core of my being for the childcare and the steam room and sauna and pools and the aqua classes... and other classes... very amazing teachers very fun and beautiful smiles also the manager ... amazing young lady very mature for her age and understanding and definetly handles every situation like the boss that she is... very humble... Ariana I think is the childscare lady my son adores her and loves her he is 2... she is amazing... I am greatful to God for this place 🙏 these people... deserves a 5 star again I only gave 3 for the poor music and what's on the TV in lockers. Other than that best gym in existance... I have not ever been to a gym that played good music decent music family oriented music... I've only repeated it alot not to be repetitive but to emphasis that music plants seeds or weeds in our brains and In order to work out I have to fight the weeds the music is trying to plant and its not enjoyable. I will leave this on a positive note... staff is friendly equipment amazing and all the possibilities are endless here. .....so they lowered and changed the music from the last time I wrote this.... where it's not like in your face Godless music which makes me change this to a 5 star because it's so much more better now I'm very greatful no words I can say to thank you enough... who ever made the difference now I can be at peace and not experience the negative effect of Godless music so loud rather I can just enjoy the excellence I knew this place and its potential again thank you so very much to the owner for truely really feedback and making boss moves that changes life's in ways of peace
