Worse gym in area staff is rude same excuse for cables that haven’t been working for months if you don’t have black card and this is your home gym I’m so sorry because at this point ur paying for nothing

Rating is dropping to one star. A lot of machines have been down recently which contributes how busy traffic gets a times. The gym gets crowed because so many workout machines are down. This need to be fixed as soon as possible.

It is a great gym, close to where i live. The media will say you cant get a good workout, you can absolutely can!

I called had some questions about my membership. Getting transferred to Another city in currently in. Lady Name (Ivy) was very disrespectful kept saying I have to go in Didn’t want to answer me and questions! She ended up saying i was rude to her and hung up on me! I honestly don’t know why she did hang up! I called back again and asked to speak to manager.(Ivy) of course told the manager I was yelling so it was okay to hang up 🤦🏻‍♀️ anyway my question was simple to answer and deal with! She did Not need to hang up! She could have asked manager to talk to me since she obviously just didn’t want to do her job! Anyways I do believe (Ivy) needs additional training on how to deal with customer service!

I’ve been coming here for years, and never had issues with equipment or staff. Everything was always clean and working. Unfortunately as of late a lot of workout equipment has been out of order. Not just a few machines. There’s literally over a dozen machines that have been “out of order” since at least January 2023. It is April 25th 2023 now and the machines are still out of order. It makes coming here and trying to workout within a timely manner, very very frustrating.I informed the staff if there were any updates on the machines coming back up, but received a simple “there’s no ETA” from them… not sure if there’s a shortage on steel and cables or what but it’s ridiculous for something to be broken for so long.Unfortunately I’m forced to start working out out at a different PF location now. Here’s to hoping that the next location has its things in order.

Went back to this gym after a year and it has definitely gone down. A lot of the equipment was broken or out of service which was super inconvenient due to the fact that lately this gym has been way more crowded than it used to be. It definitely needs an upgrade or expansion. Possibly another location near by because I’ve never seen this many people here. Not complaining because everyone deserves to be there but if they at least had the equipment up to date or added more equipment it would be a decent place to get a workout at.

Definitely a Judgment free zone! But I wish they would get they're damaged equipment fixed! Would be nice!
