worst gym ever equipment cables always break down never get fixed a time.

The only equipment i use is always broken and they take months to fix them thats why i only go come here when i feel lazy or just wanna do cardio and even the stair machine 2 of them are broken is gonna take months for them to fix them cant do anything but treadmill or bike other than that is a good environment.

I travel to many gyms and I train different people not once have I ever gone to a gym where it's a non-judgment free zone and one oversized buff man took every one of the weights and put it in front of him leaving a whole section of Weights missing for over an hour and a half during Peak and Prime workout time I started off at 6:00 left at 9:00 and he aggressively stared at everyone while hogging the weights honestly you're better off going to a gym where you can say something to somebody instead of having a front desk manager look at you and go oh well it's a judgment free zone stay away from this place if you care about your health or your mental well-being

Great customer service. Nice for the price, very reasonable.

Came to the gym at 1am pretty empty. The music kept going on and off which was a bit annoying but other than that it was good. New machines is a plus

Need more weights but everything else was ok there where suppose too give my a tour but just scanned my pass and I had to look and give myself a tour won't be going plant's fitness soon

Decent gym if you are trying to get a quick workout. Not the nicest planet fitness. Still has what you need to get a workout in. Only has massage chairs, no massage beds.

Did not have a great experience last year with the Prescott location so I signed up at the brighsmore location. Last night I was told I could not workout and was advised to leave that my membership was canceled. I don't know if someone is using my telephone number to do these things although I'm sure it will get worked out now that I contacted an employee this morning about this problem.

Standard planet fitness - clean showers and locker rooms, friendly staff, and working equipment. Wish the “relaxation zone” wasn’t just for Black Card members - seems silly for a place that prides itself on inclusivity. Also no space to practice yoga or stretch that isn’t directly in front of everyone working out. Not my vibe but if you’re looking for a basic clean gym - this is it.

Decent gym, not much weight available if your looking to lift heavy, a good variety of cardio equipment. They have added some new equipment and removed some of the less frequently used stuff.
