We booked a private class and we all had an absolutely blast! Our instructor was amazing. I highly recommend these classes. An awesome, yet super fun workout!

I loved taking a Fly High class with Meg! The class was beginner-friendly and she explained all the exercises in a very clear way. I was certain that I looked ridiculous but neither Meg nor others made me feel this way - it was an inclusive and friendly environment! And such a great workout too - the quads were burning, but in a very satisfying way. Lastly Meg’s playlist was 🔥 and it was just an all-around fun time.Absolutely recommend Fly High and Meg to anyone!!

Fly High is the best workout anybody could ask for. Supportive environment, incredible family ownership team, the best flight instructors. Kudos to Erin for her always high endurance classes and for instructing the most phenomenal level 4 class!

Great workout and great fun! I have taken a class on each of my last visits to the Charleston area. The facility and staff are excellent. Our instructor was engaging, encouraging, and thorough in leading the class. Such a fun workout!

Really fun way to workout! Erin was a great teacher and very upbeat! You burn a lot of calories too. I only started my watch after the first song and burned at least 400 calories not knowing how to do anything before.

If you are looking for an unique way to workout, this is it! The classes are small in size, the activity is low-impact, and the instructors are so much fun, especially Erin. Give it a try. Not only will you not regret it, but you will likely be recruiting your friends to join you for your next class.

Meg is an amazing instructor!! She has high energy and is super encouraging and fun. This was my first time bungee-ing, but once we started I didn’t feel nervous because she taught the steps so well and no one was left behind. Highly recommend!!

I’ve been flying with Fly High Bungee since February of 2022, and have been an instructor since May of 2022! Fly High is truly my FAVORITE community. I love teaching so much because of the smiles and laughs of each of the clients, not to mention they’re burning major calories while doing it. This is also the first workout I’ve been able to do without feeling lightheaded/passing out since being diagnosed with POTS in 2018. Low impact, high cardio is where it’s at! All of the instructors are AMAZING, and aside from teaching I also love taking the boot camp and trampoline classes as well 😊
