This was such a fun experience that I kind of forgot I was working out. Great cardio for sure 🥵😂lol but you can modify based on your needs without feeling judged which is great. Erin, our instructor, was very kind and helpful as it was my first lesson at the gym but it will not be my last!! Highly recommend if you are looking for a low impact workout that will still get your heart rate up and burn lots of calories!

The class was a ton of fun. The harness is comfortable and the class makes it really easy on your hips and knees if you have any issues with your joints. They do a great job teaching! Would definitely go again!

Absolutely LOVED it ❤️ So fun, beginner friendly, and a great pace!! I was challenged the entire time, and I burned around 700 calories according to my Fitbit. Even my fiance enjoyed it (although he is really feeling it in his inner thighs - guys ask for the extra padding!).They really take the time to make you feel comfortable, and you won't bump into each other even if you have two left feet like me!

As an overweight woman, I often shy away from group exercise classes. A friend encouraged me to try Fly High Bungee Fitness with her because the classes are high energy, low impact, and a great cardio workout. I never imagined I would enjoy waking up early to exercise, but after attending over 200 classes, I can truly say I love my workouts! The instructors are very motivating, the music is energetic, and I have met so many other wonderful people while burning 350-400 calories a class! Even though the physical changes in my body and weight are awesome, Fly High Bungee Fitness has given me a new confidence to believe in myself that I can do things I didn’t think possible. Come give a class a try, and you might also love to fly!

My daughter and I are nearing the end of our two-week “Love at First Flight” subscription. This subscription has given us the opportunity to try a variety of classes and instructors. The staff and participants have been welcoming and encouraging, and the workouts are fun and effective. Give it a try! I’m 50, and I can fly! :)

Fly High is the most fun I've had working out ever! I couldn't get myself to go to the gym or run because I found it so boring and not enjoyable, but now I look forward to working out each time! I easily burn 300 calories per workout too, which is crazy because it's so fun you don't realize how hard you are working. 10/10 !!
