Wonderful gym. Staff is friendly. Gym is clean. Personal trainer, Belema George is the best ever! It has been really motivating to have him as a trainer. The classes are awesome and it's great that you can get a gym with so many class options at a low price!

Been a member for roughly 2.5 years. It used to be much better. The staff is really nice. I see reviews on the manager being a douche but in my experience he's a cool dude too. It's a horrible gym though if you prefer independent workouts. It's not a big place to begin with and every week evening they close half the place down for group classes you have to pay extra for. This goes on from about 5pm to 830-9pm.This causes everyone to clutter to the weights and you'll be waiting for some time to get on a single machine. If you can go early or near closing on weekdays it's pretty empty though.

It's a GREAT gym, u can get a great workout in here. Whether it's by running, yoga, weights, hitting the bags etc.... however I must say, if you are more advanced in the pull up bar, this place has some pretty limiting pull up bars as it restraints u from doing muscle ups and many other advanced workouts.

Its an good gym to get gains to start off with.. But the hours and schedule they have now on weekends are aweful. Me myself that wants to stay fit especially on weekends will have to rely on going to another gym such as for example: (24 Hr fitness) from when you work early mornings to late night and need to get a fix on cardio or weights, not a go to gym. Otherwise its great.

The staff is very nice but unfortunately are more focused on signing new members and neglect the supervision of the place which suffers from members who take over the weights/weight machine sections which prevents others from using it! Mainly men who think the station is only for them and stay for 30 minutes without moving or carrying that others need to use it too! While the front desk staff is always busy, the personal trainers do absolutely nothing but play with their phones or talk among themselves instead of supervising the floor. Also, many machines don’t work and haven’t been fixed for months!People talk loudly on the phone without consideration.TV has only 4 stations so it’s kind of boring. Also, there seems to be no manager in this gym!It is OK for the price but take in account that as many members don’t seem to have a job they just move in and stay for hours. So, if you want to do a lot of stuff it is recommended that you arrive before 9 am or in less busy days like Wednesday/Thursday or Sunday morning.

I personally love it. They do a great job keeping it clean. Never have I smell bad odor in that gym. The staff is nice. The machines work perfectly, and the areas are well defined. I only wish they had child care, that is the only negative I see. Overall, it's the best gym I have visited so far.

This is a very small gym. The machines are a little odd (they move you as well as the weight stack) and there is only one real cable tower (which has been down for over a week, which is odd because they claim it takes only a few days to get someone in to service them) and when I started using the other cable tower (this one is too small to do and lat or pec isolation moves) I discovered that one was broken as well (the staff knew about the problem, but never put in a service order. Why?) and I was a little upset by that. There are people who like to run around the gym instead of using treadmills (which makes me a little nervous, again, this place is small) and it can be distracting while you're in the middle of a set. Another big strike against this gym is there's no glute isolation machine. You're going to be doing donkey kicks on the Smith machine (something for the ladies to strongly consider) . They also have a policy where you're required to share machines while you're resting between sets. This means you're going to have your tempo screwed up by constantly wiping down a machine but it also means you can jump in with someone else regardless of whether or not they want you to (if you're like that. Personally, I'm not, so in reality I get interrupted a lot while I remain polite and try not to jam other people up). This also kinda creates sticky situations with regards to supersets. You'll walk up to a free machine only to be informed by someone using another machine they they are using the free machine as well... This is a headache and a big source of potential strife in the gym.Parking is a nightmare here, if you drive. You'll be scouring for a spot if it's any day other than Wednesday due to alternate side parking.

Awesome gym. I am a personal trainer here at Crunch, and I don't like the gym because I'm a trainer there... I became a trainer there because I fell in love with their gym. Crunch has a great variety of machines many of which have multiple functions, and they also have a lot of up-to-date equipment. Someone stated that there is no glutes isolation machine... however there are actually several machines that can be used to strengthen your glutes. There is also a series of charts on display for everyone by the personal training area that explain how to exercise the glutes, as well as charts that explain how to focus on other major muscles. You can also feel free to just ask a personal trainer if you see they are not in the middle of training a client (a client in the middle of a paid session is the trainers priority) any questions you have and we are always happy to assist. Also, when a machine becomes out of service it is attended to immediately. If it's not fixed the same day (most times it is) it means that the problem is a bit more serious, and something needs to be ordered... in which case it is received within a day or two later at most, and it is fixed the same day the piece arrives. The owner takes a lot of pride in his gym and it's presentation; he does not like to see things not working or damaged.

Small gym, not much to work with. I signed up for a training session, my trainer was great however this gym overall is quick to take your money and don't care to take the time to help out their customers.I was excited about becoming a gym member, and even more eager about taking training sessions at the gym. I do not remember ever hearing about the cancellation policy being properly explained to me. They sure were quick to take the money out of my account. I wanted to train for a month, and I notified my trainer that I only wanted to train for a month. I was unable to cancel my membership right away due to a family situation. Crunch's billing department apparently didn't get the memo, and debited the $440 amount to train from my account despite the fact that I was NO LONGER Training, thats right $440 just to train for one month! I asked to speak to the manager, and after calling for three days straight. I kept getting referred from one person to the next. Ultimately, I did not get my refund. I will never go back and will suggest to others to not go. "These gyms ain't loyal"!

So far so good - Loved it, better then PF by far, which I've been going to for the past 5 years. This gym offers free weights, which is a plus if this is a new gym to you. The classes are a good schedule and busy life friendly. The location is really clean, but we'll see how it holds up over a year...They need to put out cleaning products so members can also wipe down after themselves. The gym is not crowded at all and very well spaced. The gym definitely aims at having you use your own body more so then guided balances and lifts. You'll be surprised at the quick progress gained here.
