Great instruction and energy. The instructor repeatedly overloaded the speakers to the point that the music was distorted and ruining the speakers. It was painful, and ruined what was otherwise a solid workout. My ears are still ringing. Staff at front desk later told me that they keep earplugs, though they didn't offer them before or during the class.

Book a class now! Barry’s totally lives up to the hype and is really worth it. The team is great and Coach Al is super fun. The workout is most effective, engaging and fun! The results are great too. Totally recommend and so glad Barry’s is here!

Highs and Lows after my first Barry’s Class.HIGHS: I like the circuit training concept with good music and good energy in the room. It’s great having a combination of weights and cardio on the treadmill keeps the flow throughout the class. I liked how the instructor reminded us to breathe.. super important!LOWS: The workout was incredibly difficult to follow. I was looking to my neighbors and seemed everyone was doing something different on the floor and treadmill.I also didn’t like how the instructor came by and adjusted the weights during my dumbbell press on my back. He quickly moved the weights when they were straight above my face. Lucky I had a solid grip on them!

Very motivating and great workout, but music is incredibly loud and ears rang for a week after.

I wouldn’t recommend Barry’s to anyone! I made a reservation online for a Sunday morning 9:30AM class. I come and figure out my reservation doesn’t show up in their system. I thought it’s my fault and prepare to head back. The receptionist asks me to wait saying that she’ll put in waitlist. A few minutes later I am asked to go join the class. In the middle of the class, I am asked to stop since the person who actually made the reservation came. Why give me the spot in the first place? So unprofessional! I wouldn’t go back to this ever again.

If you want working out to feel like clubbing you've come to the right place. High noise and high energy with lots of fist bumping. But the lockers are very clean and smell nice

Pros and cons after my 3 class starter pack (highly recommended):Pros1. You will burn a billion calories. Bring water, this workout is no joke.2. Instructors are super motivating. They challenge you to push yourself in a good way.3. Class goes by fast. You’re doing something different almost every minute so you never get bored.Cons1. Instructors don’t have time to help you. If you have an injury or haven’t done a move before, don’t expect to ask for help with form.2. Equipment isn’t sanitized during class. You jump between a treadmill and a bench with bands or weights that aren’t sanitized between uses.3. It’s expensive. You can buy classes in bulk and save a little, but going 2-3x/week will set you back over $300 a month.Other than that, they have a great location, ample class times, yummy shakes, and nice locker room amenities. Hope to keep going as long as my body and bank account allows!
