To the manager Tommy: please relay to those who have the decision rights to expand the gym. It is over sold and I can’t get my work outs done at a convenient time. If it continues to happen, I’m be forced to buy the building next door and …

12/14/23 50% of the cardio machines are not working. They seriously have been to hire and pay a well qualified mechanic to fix the Machines maintain them, and pay the technician very well.24 Super moved into 24 Sport. There are now 2 leg press machines which dont involves stacking weights. There are some with free weights, but many of us have back pain, therefore to stack the weights does not make sense. There is a long wait for the leg press and other leg equipment as many members spend a lot of time scolling on their cell phones. The maintenance of the cardio equipment is poor. The basketball court is non-existent. San Mateo location on El Camino has 3 leg presses ... I didn't include the one with free weights. They had 6 upright bikes now down to 4, and only 3 were working last visit. The free weights in the multiuser area are too close. I am unable to use the tension pull rope because people are using the weights on both sides ( more space is needed there).

literally the worst customer service and management team there. would not give them your team’s business, give attitude, require everything in person, don’t keep records or find solutions for their members.

It’s open early on weekends! Lmao. That’s the best part. A lot of the gym equipment seating and rests are torn and dilapidated. City sport club is a cleaner/nicer gym.

My membership ended, did not renew. This is hands down the worst gym in the state, possibly the country. Missing a bunch of muscle groups machines, always busy and crowded, half the machines don't work or are out of order, the space is not maximized, they could easily add more machines. Waste of money.

Never going to a 24 hour fitness ever again. They lie and hate promoting health.

The front desk people are simply rude, slow and don’t care about their work. Will never come back again.

If you enjoy a packed gym with poor air conditioning and waiting forever to get your workout done, this gym is for you. If a machine is broken, rest assured that they'll fix it within the next 100 years!
