I was traveling though the Bay Area visiting my Dad and had some personal time to check out Yoga Six. I was warmly accepted through a mid-morning Hot Flow with Zsofia, the staff was marvelous helping a newbie to the area. The lighting sets an ambience like winds of the flow..

I love this studio. The staff & instructors are friendly & classes are great & clean. I regular the hot yoga classes. I enjoy practicing the same flow all sweaty. It’s great for my muscles & mood. When I travel or take breaks & miss the studio & am always so happy to return. I won’t ever go to a non hot yoga studio again. I used to go to Y6 when I lived in San Diego & was so happy when they finally opened up here.
